The shower floor did not drain properly. Pooling of water causing the floor to be slippery. I nearly fell while taking a shower. I reported the incident to the front office twice and again to a senior management. The problem remains unresolved. I, therefore, hold the hotel management responsible should anything happen to me as a result of the hazardous shower floor.

Right at check-in, the staff provided all the benefits in the most professional way possible, including a seamless room upgrade. They clearly understand the value of their loyal guests and deliver on those promises flawlessly from the start. A True Urban Escape: The rooms are a highlight—spacious, spotlessly clean, and designed with modern luxury. The pool area is a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by greenery where you completely forget the busy city outside. A special shout-out to the staff at the pool bar; they were absolutely fantastic and consistently went that extra mile to ensure we were happy. One Important Incident to Note: While the frontline service was great, we had a difficult situation one night. At 12:30 AM, our bathroom flooded due to a pipe issue. While the technical team arrived quickly, the smell of sewage became unbearable, and we had to pack all our belongings and move room in the middle of the night, finally getting to bed two hours later. I understand that technical issues can happen, but I was surprised by the lack of follow-up. Despite the excellent recognition at check-in, there was no apology or mention of the incident from management the following day. The service recovery should match the 5-star surroundings. Summary: This is a gorgeous hotel with wonderful facilities, a top-tier pool team, and a very professional check-in experience for members. It is a perfect 'urban escape,'

I received an aroma oil massage from Suda, and she was extremely kind and highly skilled. The massage relieved my fatigue completely and left me feeling refreshed. I highly recommend her.
