Mixed experience!

Stayed at this hotel twice in December ( went to Khao Yai in between). The first round was fantastic, very warm welcome by Khun Bonus when we arrived at the hotel late at night. She gave us a detailed briefing on the facilities and our stay packages. However, the second round , after returning from Khao Yai , was such a strange experience. Received a completely cold welcome, the check-in staff gave us the wrong key cards leading us so an occupied room. She didn’t even bother to give a single briefing. It was just almost like “ here are your room cards, off you go !” That’s it! Service at the breakfast restaurant was very good. They even remember my son’s preference and served him the right drink every morning. Very impressive !

Hotel Stay: A Mix of Ups and Downs

I have stayed in the hotel for almost a week for business, and I must admit it has been a mix of good and bad experiences. Upon arrival, I was checked in by a girl named "Bonus." I explained to her that I suspected a mistake in my booking from and that I had come from Hua Hin where I had lost my wallet. Overall, the service I experienced from her was rude, non-smiling, and lacking sympathy for my already stressed situation. Besides that, she tried very hard to upsell me to a big suite. It was not a pleasant experience at all. However, this situation was fixed by duty manager Tob, who seemed to be very polite and professional. Please give this gentleman my regards. The front desk seems to be understaffed as there was never a time I went there without having to queue or make my request quickly while the staff was serving other guests. On Sunday morning, I received a phone call at 07:40 in the morning from the hotel. It was a mistaken call about some food, but it still woke me up, which was not very nice. This day I had a meeting with an important client of mine, and it ruined my routine and day completely as I barely got any sleep because I was working late the day before. I got up after the phone call as I cannot sleep when I first wake up and then went to the front desk to get some headache pills. I was informed they had run out but they could buy some and send them to my room. I expressed I was not very happy about this whole situation but agreed. They never sent any pills to my room that day. I think this is unacceptable and very unprofessional from a 5-star hotel. However, I did receive very polite and professional service from both the young female trainee and the manager on duty in the evening, all in connection with me extending my stay. Very polite and nice people, both of them! The staff in the Thai restaurant was also very sweet, polite, and professional. My best regards to both the male manager and the female waiter Baitoi (I hope it is spelled correctly). The hotel is nice and clean, and the BDMS clinic is also very nice with a fun and professional staff. This helped my overall experience to improve, but this stay has been far from perfect. Maybe I will return someday, but definitely not as my first choice.

Best service and beautiful hotel

Best wellness hotel I stayed in Bangkok. Big thank you to Khun Bam, the front staff for being so nice and professional. Thank you to her and all the staff for such a warm welcome and looking after us throughout our entire stay of 3 nights. We were very impressed with the service there. Facilities were also very clean with peaceful and quiet atmosphere and beautiful garden by the breakfast area to walk around amidst the hustle bustle of the city. Huge breakfast with new delicious item offered to the table everyday. We also loved the complimentary afternoon tea and chocolate hours with many tasty food! Highly recommend this hotel. And we hope to return again soon!
