I stayed at Mövenpick Siam Hotel Na Jomtien Pattaya from March 22, 2025, to March 23, 2025. This was not my first stay at this hotel, as I always enjoy the beachfront location and the excellent benefits that come with my Accor Platinum membership. A few days before my arrival, I received a welcome email from Khun Pla, asking if I had any special requests. This level of personalized service made me feel well taken care of even before I arrived. Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted by Khun Aekky and Nutty, who thoroughly explained all my membership benefits. Their professionalism and friendliness made a great first impression. I had booked a Deluxe Room, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to an Executive Suite. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. A welcome set including a bottle of CHILANO red wine and four bottles of water was provided, along with welcome drinks available through the ALL Accor app. Afternoon Tea was served at the Panorama Lounge on the third floor from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The selection of tea and desserts was impressive, and the staff provided attentive service. In the evening, Happy Hour ran from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at both Panorama Lounge and Red Coral Lounge. The sunset views were beautiful, and the drink options were great, though due to high occupancy, guests had to place their orders at a designated station. Breakfast was available at two locations: TWIST on the ground floor from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM (extended to 11:00 AM on weekends), which had a wide selection including ice cream, or Panorama Lounge on the third floor, which offered a quieter atmosphere and Sparkling Wine on weekends. The hotel offers plenty of activities, including a large swimming pool with a waterslide, free beach activities such as kayaking and surfing, and a well-equipped fitness center. There is also a Let’s Relax Spa on-site, though Accor Plus discounts do not apply there. Unfortunately, I encountered a service issue at La Costa, the poolside restaurant. While the pizza was delicious, there was a serious mistake in service. My order was mistakenly delivered to another table before being taken back and served to me instead. This was unacceptable in terms of hygiene and service standards. What made the experience worse was that no apology was offered. I hope the hotel improves in this aspect. For dinner, I dined at T55 New York Grill Room, using my Accor Plus discount for 50% off. The steak was excellent, and Khun Aoi provided outstanding service. I highly recommend making a reservation, as the restaurant gets very busy around 7:00 PM. The evening ended with the hotel’s fire show at 8:30 PM, which is always a spectacular experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The front desk and restaurant staff provided excellent service, and the Accor Platinum benefits made the experience even more worthwhile. However, the issue at La Costa needs to be addressed. For those looking for a beachfront hotel with great facilities, Mövenpick Pattaya remains a solid choice. Just be mindful of service inconsistencies at the poolside restaurant.
It was a great stay for our short vacation. Everything was perfect. I even have no advice for improvements. Check in and check out was smoothly. Special thanks to Maria from the hotel reception for hospitality. Will be back again for sure!!!
A beachfront stay that offers the perfect mix of relaxation and fun! Wake up to a breathtaking ocean view right outside your window, then take a leisurely stroll along the shore. There are plenty of enjoyable activities to do, and the special Chocolate Hour is a delightful treat. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!
This is a hotel I have long desired to visit, not only for its beautiful and unique architecture but also because every room offers a sea view. However, the service and management fall short of expectations and require significant improvement. It appears there is an insufficient number of staff to provide adequate service. Overall cleanliness is satisfactory, but it could be better. The level of care provided is also average. In the room, everything is acceptable, except for an pleasant odor from the air conditioning, which causes the floor to become sticky, leaving your feet uncomfortable. The seafood buffet is enjoyable, and I recommend making a reservation in advance, as it tends to fill up quickly.
D.R.E.A.M!! Wow, where do I even begin?… Our wedding at the Movenpick Siam Na Jomtien in Pattaya was an absolute dream come true. Khun Kate (our wedding planer) and her team were like wedding superheroes – they took care of everything flawlessly. From the very beginning, it was clear that we were in the hands of experts who genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Thanks to Kate's meticulous planning, our wedding went off without a hitch. Kate and her team went above and beyond throughout the entire process from giving us two upgraded rooms so that myself and my husband could have the night before apart, giving us the presidential suite for the bridal party photos, organising a luxurious honeymoon surprise in the room for after the wedding, separate breakfasts for the bridal and groomsmen parties on the morning of the wedding, incredible photography and hair and makeup team and even organising our transport to the next destination and collection of my dress with my mum after I'd left. Kate is a ninja. She is organised, prompt, creative, to the point and one hundred percent commited to creating the most memorable day of your life. In short - the wedding planner of your dreams. To this day our wedding is still talked about, and will remain iconic and go down as the wedding of the century. Styled to perfection, seamless flow and presentation, and the most exquisite of accomodations. The evening with sparklers, fireworks, live food station and DJ was simply magical and we owe it all to her. If you're searching for a stunning venue with an amazing team behind it, Movenpick Siam Na Jomtien is the place to be. Thank you Khun Kate, for bringing our vision to life and giving us an unforgettable and utterly wonderful experience that we'll treasure forever 🤍 One thing is for sure: Next time we come to Pattaya, we will definitely visit Movenpick Siam Na Jomtien again! 🥹
