This hotel is amazing, we stayed here for 2 weeks in April,the weather in Egypt is always perfect so we didn’t hesitate to book , l love sunbathing on the beach and my husband loves to go snorkelling in the sea and this hotel is just perfect for both with 5 beautiful beaches too choose from in this hotel it was just perfect for us , the staff are so friendly always ready to help, we have 2 favourite restaurants the Indian and Egypt food was great in both,the rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable,we stayed in a room on the top floor the views are amazing every room has a sea view, there are so many beautiful places to sit and have a drink in the evening or just relax and enjoy the views from your room, the walk into town is just 20 minutes ,looking forward to coming back in October already booked

We liked that there were almost no animations and activities—some karaoke in the evening. We liked it. It was calm, not a lot of people. The food was delicious. The gym is good. I would come back.

Movenpick Sharm El Sheikh, is very unique in terms of location, best spot in Sharm. What makes this place special as well, are the staff, everybody from reception to beach, are very helpful and hospitable, they just want to serve. Mohamed at the reception showed us several room options as the ones we got were not full frontal sea view as advertised. The main restaurant staff were also very helpful, especially Yasmine who always made sure we were comfortable and needed nothing. Waleed at the pool and horizon bar was also very friendly, and Ibrahim at the beach was also a hit. Also, the animation team were very friendly and entertaining. The staff and snorkelling made up for the few discomforts, the phone in the room never worked and was never fixed although we had requested that repeatedly over the four days we were there, the elevators also were out of service the entire duration, climbing those stairs were brutal, but luckily we stayed at a lower level, hence close to everything, pool, main restaurant and beach. The hotel is undergoing major renovations, they mentioned in the booking confirmation that works end at 4:PM, this was not the case, works kept going past 7:PM which was a bit annoying. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. Only have two recommendations, one, food at the main restaurant can improve especially pastries and bakeries, also, the resort is constantly playing loud music, whether at the pool, beach or restaurant, sometimes too loud that we had to ask them to lower the volume, I guess this is done intentionally to camouflage the construction sounds. It would be nice if there was some quiet time. All in all, we will definitely come again and recommend. Thank you all for your kind service.

I had to wait 3 hours for check in to receive dirty room with mattress covers dirty with blood. The other new room was full of ants that joined us back to our journey to home. The reception team is a disaster and has no clue about hospitality and respecting customers. Swimming pool contains metal block to fix the ceramic !! The side drain are full of very sharp plastic and it is really dangerous for kids !! The restaurant team is super professional and they are really nice.
