Excellent with one remark
Check in was easy and speedy Rooms are clean & housekeeping are cooperative and cheerful Restaurant & food is clean , variety of food, tasty ones indeed. Cheifs are always available there all the time for any comments ot recommendations. Pool staff are cheerful, cooperative and always on duty Staff at the water sports activities on the lagoon side are so nice, helpful and friendly Eco friendly specially the idea of glass water is amazing, a good move towards environment. Worst thing : The horrible animation team, so clumsy unorganized , don't stick to the schedule the hotel announce., just makes alot of noise with no actual entertainment. Dart game is working upon their desire, kids activities is not witnessed unless the show at 8:00 pm 5 or 6 useless persons except a small girl & the one with a basketball shirt who's handling DJ at night both are only doing their work Tambola numbers were distributed secretly to their desired guests ( mostly with female foreigners ) With no engagement to group activities at all only their selected femal prefrences. Most of the time chitchatting While checking out the reciptionist asked about any uncomfortable issues & i Tried to report but he didn't seem to like recording the complain , he was just focusing on the bill payment only and it looks like it's a known issue with them Accor chain could definitely get a better team.

Good Stay
I recently stayed at Movenpick Resort El Gouna, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hospitality was outstanding, and I must give a special mention to Magdy Salah, the Duty Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not just comfortable, but truly beyond expectations. His professionalism and personal attention made all the difference. The entire team was exceptional, especially the F&B staff, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. It's rare to find such a consistent level of care and quality. I’ll be coming back again.

Wonderful Family Holiday at Mövenpick Resort El Gouna
We truly enjoyed our stay at Mövenpick Resort El Gouna. The friendly and attentive service, the clean and comfortable rooms, and the delicious, varied food all exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s location is perfect – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and very family-friendly. The facilities left nothing to be desired. A big thank you to the entire team, especially Amradel and Omar – we felt completely at home and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone!

This was my third time staying at Mövenpick El Gouna, and once again, I am so happy with my experience. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly makes it special is the wonderful staff. Special thanks to the front office Ehab and Yahia for their friendly and efficient help during check-in and check-out. Mohamed from room service also deserves praise for keeping our room spotless and neat every day. Overall, all the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back again!

During my stay at the Mövenpick Hotel in El Gouna, I had to seek medical assistance, and I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Shawadfi and Nurse Mina for the exceptional care I received. Dr. Shawadfi treated my wound with great professionalism and precision from the very first moment. His calm and expert manner made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Coming from Germany, I had never experienced a situation like this before while traveling, but thanks to their support, I felt truly in good hands. Nurse Mina was also very attentive and kind, making the whole experience even more reassuring.
