Kindness that made our stay special❤️
We are very grateful for the days we spent here – we truly enjoyed everything. The service and the staff are extremely kind, very child-friendly, and they genuinely anticipate every wish. We experienced this care everywhere, both in the restaurant and from the housekeeping team. We would especially like to thank Abdel, who was responsible for the cleanliness of our family room. The room was always perfectly clean, and he kindly fulfilled almost every request we had. Whenever we needed anything in our room, he was always there to help, with a smile and great attentiveness. 🙏😊 We would also like to give special thanks to the team at the Oasis Restaurant and Bar, especially to Mahmud, for their exceptional kindness. ❤️ They are truly here to make sure every wish is fulfilled and to create a joyful and welcoming atmosphere. We have had a great time at the kitespot. There has been three servants in th hotel which are remarkable. Mohamed Hamasa, Ahmed Hashur, Mahmoud who works for the beach and Oasis Restaurant!

Best Staff and Hotel❤️
We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely attentive, kind, and helpful – you can truly feel that hospitality here comes from the heart. Every wish of ours was fulfilled, and we would especially like to highlight how child-friendly the entire team is. A special thank you goes to the staff members who took special care of us (at the back table of the buffet – for example, Elnoby as well). The atmosphere was unforgettable – warm, cheerful, and very personal, making every moment spent there truly special. We would also like to thank the entire staff, as well as express our deep respect and appreciation to the head chefs and the entire kitchen team. The food was excellent in quality, varied, and absolutely delicious, with an international selection that truly offers something for everyone. The hotel room was beautiful, clean, and perfectly equipped, making it ideal for relaxation. From the first moment until the last, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return. Thank you for this wonderful experience!
