Just left the Movenpick Jumeirah beach after spending a few days visiting Dubai. This is a friendly hotel staff cannot do enough for you to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Breakfast is enjoyable a varied international selection. The bar staff, reception staff, concierge, house keeping and life guards are all helpful, friendly and always one step ahead ensuring you have the best stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Dubai trip 2.0 (June2024) - we booked 2 rooms as it was a family trip with my friend, mother and sister to celebrate his and sister's birthday. From entering the property till we left their hospitality was unparalleled. Room - Both the rooms were spacious, neat, clean, hygienic with all required amenities and toiletries with a great Ocean view from the balcony. Most importantly knowing we were coming to celebrate 2 birthdays the rooms were nicely decorated and a cakes were sent to the rooms at the midnight. Food - Good spread for the breakfast and also ala carte food was good too. Ranjith from in room dining department provided necessary food though it was out of the menu and timely for our mother as she wasn't keeping well. Amenities - Gym, pool side and the complete property was well maintained. Services - they always helped us getting us the best cars in timely manner for our day to day commute or our day trip to Abu Dhabi. Yahya was the person who helped us amazingly. A wheelchair also was provided for our mother (check in to check out - an amount was deposited though) as she had trouble walking much due to arthritis. All other staffs (sorry for not remembering the names) were very very friendly and prompt. Room service was pretty quick no matter it was what time of the day. 5 minutes walking from the beach and the main JBR walk promenade was outside the hotel. All of the above and more made our stay absolutely memorable and comfortable. Strongly recommended for a stay if in Dubai!! Big Thumbs up to the whole team. Much appreciated!!

Words can’t express how happy I am with my stay at Movenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach. It started from my check in with Isabella who greeted us with a smile and ensured that we knew where things were and what was available to do in the area. Our house keeper Durga was very nice and always kept our room in immaculate condition and very clean. When ever we needed anything she ensured that we didn’t have to wait to get it for our room. This trip was in celebration of my birthday and once the staff found out that it was my birthday they treated me like a queen. They went above and beyond to make my birthday special. From singing happy birthday to me, to decorating our room, to surprise birthday cakes. I am so grateful to everyone who made this trip extra special and I will hold a special place in my heart for each of you!!! Thank you: Abdul, Jalil, Ainissa, Mustafa, Yahya, and Oyatullo!!! You definitely made this a birthday I will never forget!!!! I wish I could give this hotel seven stars!!!

Top Hotel Service from the Hotel staff Ashish! Ive been on business travel for a week and main criteria were good and quick access to everything, Check in and out services quick access to connections. Nice food and Hotel rooms with a great view to JBR Beach!

Excellent service, good hotel. Venkatesh was very in house keeping. I was looking for a few days of rest I managed to do just that. I had been to Dubai many times before but this was my 1st time in Movenpick again with fam I will return Many thanks
