Pure Relaxation!
Amazing, wonderful, smiling, welcoming professional staff, especially Omar Kasr and Ahmad Al Hourani at reception and of course Meah, Elisabeth, Nympha and Sepha in the dining room! Rooms are great, ocean view, clean, with all useful amenities. Beds are comfy. Loved to have my tea on the balcony with the amazing sea view. The food is generous, so many varieties, live stations: omelette for breakfast, Chinese, Pizzas for dinner! The Arab sweets are so delicious! However the other desserts were a little bit disappointing. Must try: Zara Spa Niveen, the most passionate woman about her job, will welcome you with a warm smile and will show you around and explain everything you need to know! You can stay all day long in, use the therapy pool, the infinity pool, the indoor dead sea pool, and of course book your favourite massage, even use the steam room and sauna ... Food, drinks, ice cream are also available there! Enjoy your relaxation day!

Great hotel, incredible staff
I don't normally leave reviews, but I actually made a point to write down the names of the employees who helped us so that I wouldn't forget, because the service at this hotel was outstanding. My husband and I stayed at the Movenpick for two nights, and everything from check-in to check-out was fantastic. Mr. Ahmad Al Ajrami helped us at check-in, and he went above and beyond for us unlike anywhere else we've ever stayed. He called on for help from his manager and colleagues to go through the trouble of cancelling our reservation and remaking it just so he could get us a better deal that better adapted to our wishes, all while being incredibly polite, kind, and hospitable. We felt so welcome. We upgraded to a better room, and he even made sure that the welcome fruit and sweets that he had left in our original room were transferred to a new one. We got lucky enough to also check-out with him, and he was as friendly and efficient at 10 pm as he was at 5 pm. A 15/10 for his service!! Our hotel stay was so relaxing, we enjoyed everything from the many pools, restaurants and the beach. We would like to highlight the staff at the adults-only infinity pool, especially the older gentleman working at the towel stand, who was super kind and attentive. Lastly, we got to experience the Zara Spa, which we highly recommend. We did the 100 minute On the Bank of the Dead Sea massage + treatment, which was incredible and perfect for a Dead Sea experience. I had the privilege of having Ruffa as my masseuse, and she gave me literally the best massage and treatment I've ever gotten. She was super professional and had a very relaxed and kind demeanor, perfect to get you into the mindset of a spa experience. I really appreciated how she explained each step of the experience as we went through the different stages (salt scrub, shower, mud bath, shower, massage), and the massage was amazing and took a lot of work and effort on her part, as I mentioned I liked medium-strong pressure and she delivered. Overall, we would absolutely come back to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Dead Sea.

Zara Spa is Exceptional
We stayed at Zara Spa, and the hospitality and attention to detail is exceptional. From the reception hosts that were very welcoming, and spared their time to explain thoroughly a special thanks goes to Neveen and Suhaib. As for the spa inside the facilities are sparkling clean, very calming, relaxing, and well equipped. The staff at the pool Munstaser and Mohammad made sure things are done without even asking. They assured our comfort in all levels. This is my first time in the spa, and definitely won’t be my last. The deadsea salt indoor pool is amazing! If there is anything I can recommend to enhance is the food, otherwise it was a memorable stay.

The Spa is great !
The best thing about the hotel are the design and Spa esp the people like Suhaib and neveen at the spa they treated us with the utmost care and hospitality it felt like home but better. My only 2 complaints are the quality of the food relative to the prices and the AC in the room barely cools. Other than I love the hotel.
