Outstanding Service at Movenpick Dead Sea
This resort was stunning. The grounds were beautiful! The service was exceptional. It was sad to see their tourism is down in a BIG way. It was like traveling during COVID. People think it is not safe because of the war going on near that area but we felt totally safe during our entire trip through Egypt and Jordan. I have to mention the service and how we were treated when we arrived. It was so impressive. Someone dressed in full garb with a large gold multi-level tea pot was pouring us all some chilled tamarind tea- so refreshing. Two people that stood out to us were Faoud and Rashad. They paid attention to every detail. Anything we wanted or needed was taken care of immediately AND with a genuine smile. They were grateful to have us in their country and took every care to make sure our stay was nothing but perfect! We of course, smeared our bodies with dead sea mud and floated in the dead sea. An opportunity you don’t want to miss if you’re there. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic deep tissue massage with Sameer
I can be quite picky when it comes to a massage therapist. I only got a half hour initially as most deep tissue massages have been disappointing. That was not at all the case with Sameer (I don’t know if I’m spelling his name correctly). The half hour was excellent! So I turned right around and scheduled another hour with him later that day. If you love deep tissue - you are in for a treat!

I want to thank everyone single staff in this amazing property for theirs excellent service and hospitality, the smooth check in and warm welcome , clean rooms with nice view , nice pools and facilities, amazing sunset view from the beach , thank you Rawan for the follow up during the stay , will back for sure .
