I regret staying here
Too many problems to be a good place to stay but since it is Jordan this might be as good as it gets. Had issues with the toilet, laundry, telephone, TV, maid service, door key, and alarm clock. Always met with the same position from the front desk: I don't believe you, or deal with it. The front staff is probably the worse I have ever dealt with. My laundry was not delivered at 11:00 AM and one day late. I asked the front desk where my laundry was and was told it must be in the room. I am using a cane due to a hip injury and had to walk a block up several stairs to check. Then its like I should "bless" them when they finally bring it. I regret staying here.

A terrible room - not Movenpick standard
We were part of a tour group and the majority of us were unhappy (possibly disgusted) with the standard of our rooms. We are Accor members and have used Movenpick before - but this accommodation was woeful and nowhere near what you would expect. We had what looked like blood stains on the sheets and on a chair (photos 1 & 2). We had a door to our balcony which a bolt had sheared off leaving a dangerous sharp edge and the handle was missing (photo 3). The room required repainting (photos 4 & 5). The sealant around the bathroom sink was filthy (photo 6). And the bath had a shower attachment - with no shower controls! (photo 7). There was no way the shower could be made to work. When we complained to reception staff they changed our sheets and pillows but did not move us to another room. We were glad to leave.

Atmosferica Italiana in Giordania
As per room service and entertainment section at the beach it was comfortable and the staff was keen to serve with high standards. Would like to thank each member especially Mr.Khaled, Mr.Samer.Mr. Oder and Mr. Hassan Special gratitude to the wonderful front desk officer, Mr. Tareq and beautiful ladies Ms Rawan,Ms, Dania and Ms.Wijdan. I would recommend this accommodation if you like to spend memorial time

AMAZING “ESPRIT DE CORPS” AT THIS MAGICAL RESORT & SPA!
This was my second visit to this paradisiacal world spot … My suite with direct view over the Dead Sea was sublime! The absolute highlight of my stay once again was ZARA SPA! Ms. YAGMUR YILMAZ, Spa Manager & her “team extraordinaire” provided an amazing mind, body & soul wellness experience. Special thanks to ADEL & HANAN at reception, and then SAMEER, SILVA & STEVE for their professionalism and healing/beauty touch! I commend Ms. YILMAZ’ Top Notch Spa operation! Through my stay, I loved the familiar faces at the hotel reception area and the beautiful spa! Front desk WIDJAN & OMAR, & Guest Relations officials Ms. RAWAN & MS. DANA warmed up my arrival. I appreciated Ms. Rawan checking in through my stay! Mr. IBRAHIM also treated me to a welcome fruit & sweets tray sent to my room! The CLUB CAR service was outstanding, special thanks to ALI! All the restaurants had fabulous ambiance and food, and the evening music coupled with the unparalleled moonlit sky views were simply magical. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

An amazing family experience.
Great experience. Starting from the warm welcome with the yummiest lemonade & the young man's kind smile, to the accommodating receptionist, housekeeping managed by Mr Samer & his team including Odeh checking on us, followed by the pool team: Khamis, Abu Khalid & Mahmoud + the pool was warmed to a perfect temperature, the drivers on the golf carts were amazing, helpful & happy all the time. Then we come to the fabulous breakfast quantity, quality and variety + the chefs & waiters were happy to pamper us. Thank you all for all your services.
