Best hotel and best service ever
I want to thank movenpick hotel staff and managment for the whole experience , and specially rawan at the reception , i stayed two nights and its was really amazing from the maingate to reception to the nice room , the pools was clean and the beach was priceless , highly recomended to every one .

Movenpick dead sea
Amazing stay at Movenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea! Smooth check-in with Omar, he gave us the best room with early check in as we told him it would mean a lot as we had work the other day and we have to leave very early, he was friendly and professional. Dana from guest relations was incredibly helpful throughout our stay she kept on checking on us, and Abed from housekeeping was fantastic. Our room had a great view of the jacuzzi, and the layout and architecture were impressive. Hamzeh at checkout was amazing too, thank you all ❤️ Tariq the front desk manager, was very friendly & professional. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxation , and the design of the rooms was superb. Saraya's food was delicious with great service. Highly recommend!

A great spot to enjoy the Dead Sea
Our arrival at the resort coincided with the start of the Jordanian weekend so it was very chaotic but things quickly settled down. Our room was in the Yarmouk building which it is fair to say is fairly tired and in need of refurbishment but our room was kept spotlessly clean by the ever helpful and affable AlSayed. If you can wait for breakfast use the Al Mashrabiya Restaurant which starts serving at 8 am, it is smaller and quieter and offers the same food. Do not miss the chance to swim in the dead sea itself but be aware it is a long walk down, so if you need to use the golf buggies that regularly make the journey. The Zara Spa is amazing and the hydrotherapy pool is a quiet oasis amongst all the noise at all the other pools. The staff in there are wonderful, including Suhaib, who helped us in main reception when we were looking lost just after we arrived and particularly Marville, who provided me with an Essence of the Dead Sea treatment, an experience not to be missed. Other staff who shone include Dana in main reception who helped us with a problem and Lydia, Rail and Mamduh in the Al Khayyam bar and Restaurant. We had an amazing time at the lost point on earth, it was all the staff, and particularly those mentioned above that made it.
