Disappointing, needs major renovation and a better customer experience
The hotel rooms need a major face lift. We first booked in the village rooms and they were terrible, bad paint jobs , old furniture and dust everywhere . Thankfully we found the housekeeping manager and he managed to reallocate us to the rooms in the main building that were more upkept. The cushions in the pool bar are all dirty and stained , the waiters need a major course in hospitality , doesn’t even know the menu items properly, the glass they served had a hair on it , and the music at the pool was sooo unpleasant, one track was on repeat the whole time and it wasn’t even pool or beach music , it was a tune with an annoying beat that kept playing on loop the whole time , what does it take to just put an upbeat playlist , I asked the pool on duty many times to change it , and everytime someone points a finger to someone else that they are responsible for the music . The breakfast area in the ballroom was completely uncharming, imagine going for a beach vacation and having breakfast in a crowded ballroom with bland and dark walls, that was made for conferences and events , instead of a spacious airy area with a patio . Breakfast food was nothing special . Best thing about this hotel was the adult pool downstairs and its spa, it’s like a different world . Wouldn’t come here again , The Marriott provides a more upkept facility .

Best experience
It was amazing experience and good stay and the stuff there are so kind and the food there are perfect the beach pool it’s amazing and the people there are friendly . The most beautiful experience there it was zara spa the hospitality it was great and there is also al khayyam bar it’s so cozy and wonderful and special thanks to reception stuff and mr.Ahmad haddad and Mohammad tarteer.

We really enjoyed at your hotel it was memorable stay every thing was great clean room at village building ‘spa was great and relaxed dinner at the Italian restaurant was delicious,breakfast was delicious and good tasty chef Ahmad was helpful Jamal was full supper and friendly thank you movenpick you mad my stay unforgettable

Very nice hotel special location friendly team The room is great with view on the Dead Sea .The pools are clean and organized Kids entertainment are very interesting . The breakfast is wonderful and delicious The dishes are varied and fresh food We thank all the staff for the good experience and service
