The best and most kid friendly hotel in the dead sea area. A very beautiful resort, spotless clean with the most friendly staff you can ever meet. I stayed there with my wife and 7 year old kid. The reception are very friendly, professional and they try to serve all the customers as fast as they can (it's high season), thanks to Ms. Rawan Fakhouri and her team (Ahmaf and Tareq) who really helped making a smooth check in. The rooms are spotless clean, very well equipped and most have great views ( I was lucky enough to get a room over looking the stream where there are some ducks) my 7 year old kid really loved that. The pools and beach are very well kept, clean water,clean towels and a friendly liveguards, thanks Mohammed Al Adwan , Mohammed Al Jaarat & Mohammed Aldanat. The dinner is nice with many dishes that can suit most. The restaurant staff is also super friendly esp. With kids (even spoilled ones) thanks Eyad Makhlouf & Mohannad Alshati. The housekeeping are friendly and fast enough. (even in high season) The only shortcome was the room serves who sometimes fail to meet even the most simple requests. (Maybe they are over loaded due to the high season) still, this will not effect the great joyfull experience we had here. Thanks Movenpick team for the great moments you offered us & a special thank to Mr. Hisham Twaisi who where ever I go, I find him inspecting and managing the services that are provided to the customers. Extremely Disappointing Experience – This is NOT a 5-Star Standard
I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Dead Sea Resort in Jordan, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had — especially for a property claiming to be five stars. To begin with, the check-in process was incredibly slow. I was not given access to my room until 5:00 PM, despite arriving much earlier. Shockingly, when I was finally handed the keys, I discovered that the room was still being cleaned. Housekeeping was inside, and the room was far from ready for a guest. Once I did enter, I was disappointed to find the bedsheets had visible holes in them and the bathroom was dirty, with water spots and residue everywhere. It clearly had not been properly cleaned or inspected before my arrival. To make matters worse, a random family entered my room unannounced, claiming it was assigned to them as well. It was not only embarrassing but also a major security and privacy breach. It seems the hotel double-booked the room, which is unacceptable at any level — let alone a luxury property. The overall condition of the hotel is very outdated. The rooms and facilities are in serious need of renovation and deep cleaning. It’s clear that maintenance and quality control are not being taken seriously here. For a hotel under the Mövenpick name, I expected professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for guest comfort and privacy. Unfortunately, this stay was deeply frustrating and disappointing on all fronts. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a five-star experience. There are many other resorts in the Dead Sea area that actually care about guest satisfaction and hospitality. This is not one of them.

Dinner Buffet
Nice hotel with great views. Room was very clean with buteful view. Friendly reception team. Breakfast was delicious and vertiy.
