Best service you can get very tidy and promosing specially from Fazile very helpfull and profesional One of the besthotels in istanbul.
Comfortable hotel in good position in Beşiktaş area. Walking distance from Zorlu Center and 2.5Km from seaside. Nice restaurant and bar in top floor with amazing view in Bosphorus. Ideal for a drink to chill out after working day. Very good room cleaning service. Good and abundant breakfast. I recommend it indeed for a business trip.
Good hotel. Very attentive and helpful staff a sanctuary from the huddle and bustle of the city. Nice rooms some with views of The Bosphorus. A little way away from the centre of the city but taxis are very cheap. Beware scamming taxi drivers though or use Uber
Just a one-night stay complements of Turkish Airlines stop-over facility. But an excellent brief visit. I have not had great experiences of Movenpick hotels in other countries, even being able to take advantage of Accor status benefits. Here, the reception staff were super-friendly and helpful (which I find is a bit rare in many hotels in Istanbul), view from the room was wonderful, over the Bosphorous (an upgrade from the TK room standard, even though my benefits didn't apply given it was a TK stop-over), the aircon was super-efficient and QUIET - a rare combination not to be under-rated. Food in both the lobby cafe and the EXCELLENT Italian restaurant on the top floor, was delicious (if somehwat expensive). And the single best equiped gym I have found in any hotel. No going for the lowest common denominators in equipment and facilities here; rather well-stocked weight area, decent cardio section, and more than enough upper and lower body machines to keep any gym bunny happy. In all, an enjoyable brief visit.
I wanted to bring my mother to Istanbul because it is her favorite place and I was not wrong when I chose this hotel. We are very satisfied. From the food to the apartment. The staff were very polite and nice. Considering that I have traveled all over the world I would like to say that I can really make a difference and that I am fascinated by the people who work in this hotel. I would especially like to mention Mr. Grusel, Mr. Ali and Mr. Necat who helped us many times during our stay and made it wonderful with their kindness. Im back def. this September, my fav people. See ya!
