Although the location of the hotel is not in the center of the tourist area, the transportation to it is very convenient, I have been taking the bus and Tram and Ferry to the old town/Asia without any trouble and it saves a lot of time in traffic! The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful. For example the taxi here in Istanbul aren’t always going by meter, I’ve had an experience they charged you ‘fix price by area’ and they don’t tell you until you get on the taxi. Here in Movenpick Bosporus the staff, Eyup, at the hotel proactively helped me to called the taxi, make sure I can pay by credit card and gave me an expectation of what the taxi fare should be. It’s a hotel that I will recommend! 👍
One of the best places to stay in Istanbul, the room is with good size and very clean , everything is new, the staff is friendly, location is very good , security place, good, easy parking, the breakfast is amazing you can find everything there. I will be back absolutely.
We stayed in Movenpick Istanbul 11th floor room for a week with our friends. This was our first time visiting Istanbul and the experience is unforgettable! The hotel room was very cleaned and the bed made daily by a super nice lady Canan. Bathroom is clean and shower powerful with very warm water. Coming back to the room after a full day trip was so relaxed. Will definitely return!
Really enjoyed my time here - clean, comfortable, beautiful, with great service. The staff are all very attentive and kind. Our room attendant, Canan, did a great job! She’s very nice - always greeted us in the hallways and kept the room really clean & tidy.
Receptionist are not trained They are not welcoming They are not helpful at all We arrived very late in the night and they sent long time in the check in and asked the payment for the second night to be made immediately although we have paid the first night in advance Toiletries and amenities in the room are not enough
