The Hotel has a distinguished French style architecture which was preserved, while the décor of the rooms is designed to evoke a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with earth-tone accents and dark wooden floors. We have also integrated some Vietnamese touches into the interior to give it a sense of place.

Great
Extremely comfortable neat and clean. Buffet breakfast was also fine and vegetarians could get something to eat . Some friends and always felt need to purchase our own water. Staff is helpful .

Vibrant and dynamic
This was not my first stay but the property never fails to impress. Visited during the A80 celebrations and the atmosphere was vibrant and invigorating. What made the stay memorable was, as always, the impeccable service standards by the hotel staff. In particular, Ms. Ngan, Ms. Quynh, Ms. Chi and Ms. Tuanh from the Executive Lounge. The Front Office manager (Mr. Thang) and Assistant Front Office Manager (Mr. Long) were extremely approachable and professional and the Operations Manager (Mr. Phan) and the GM (Mr. Thomas), were consistently on-site, ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of all guests. The concierge team members (Mr. Thung and Mr. Huan) were always friendly and willing to assist with directions, queries and transport bookings. I look forward to returning in the winter season.
