Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiet

​Just got back from a trip to Phan Thiết and the Mövenpick was easily the best part. The whole property is beautiful—very elegant but with fun touches like the pirate ship. Our room had a killer view of the sea, too. ​As Platinum members, we got access to the Admiral Lounge. Chocolate hour and the evening cocktails were highlights, and the bottle of wine in the room was a really nice surprise. ​The service is what really sticks with me, though. Big thanks to the guy at the entrance for helping with our bike parking, and Ms. Hai and Ms. Huyen for being so kind throughout our stay. As a vegan, I usually struggle at hotel buffets, but the team here made me two custom dishes without me even having to ask twice. Such a thoughtful gesture. 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the area!

Our recent stay ( 18-21 Dec) at Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiet was amazing. The resort offers a perfect blend of luxury and fun. Our kids love the pirate-theme. Check-in was reasonably fast despite the fact that they were busy with 2 big groups who came before us. Our booking came with buffet breakfast and half-board. The Vietnamese cuisine here is a standout. The set dinners we tried was authentic, fresh, and bursting with local flavors. It’s rare to find a resort that balances international standards with such high-quality local food so perfectly. What stood out most was how well-trained the entire staff is. Across every department, we encountered professional, warm, and attentive service that made us feel genuinely welcome. Huyen at the Admiral Executive Lounge: She gave us such a warm welcome and assistance during our stay. Duyen from Housekeeping: Our room was kept in pristine condition thanks to Duyen. Nhi at Bounty Restaurant: even as a trainee, she added a wonderful personal touch to our dining experiences every day. The facilities are great, the food is delicious, and the staff makes you feel right at home. We cannot wait to return!

My stay at Movenpick was an absolute pleasure. The facilities were excellent and the atmosphere was very welcoming. A special shout-out goes to Ms. Huyen, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable trip. Her kindness and attention to detail were the highlights of my visit. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the whole team!

As an Accor platinum member, it's a great hotel with many smiles all round. Two members that stand out is located in the Admiral's lounge, Huyen and Cuong. Their smile, dedication and attentive skills is a value add to Movenpick. Thank you and hope to revisit soon. The room nice and a sea view amazing. Hope this helps others.

I went with my family (brother and mother) and a close friend to Vietnam for a 3 weeks holiday in Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiet between 19 October to 9 November. Wow! The best vacation - ever! The staff and the management was so great - so good - so fantastic. Me and my close friend are platinum members in Accor, which the hotel is part of. We was upgraded to 2 Admiral Club Suites and the hotel also upgraded my family to nice rooms and gave them access to my benefits as a valued member of the the loyalty program, an even beyond that, which they didn’t need to. So kind of them. The hotel also arranged a Vietnamese Cooking Class in the hotel for me and my friend with a price awarded Executive Chef. I think his name is Long. A fantastic and gentle chef. Great time and lots of photos was taken. The food was tastings great - even after I made it… hahaha… All staff in the hotel was so amazing and the name I can recollect are - all of them are so fantastic - Hai (guest relation officer), Huyen (guest relation officer), Kelvin (restaurant supervisor) Lap (ouch.. I don’t remember his title but his was so fantastic and caring). I also wants to thank Ms Jo (guest experience manager) and Michael - the Austrian general manager of the magnificent hotel. Thanks especially to Ms Jo who was so, so great, and a warm person who helped us with tours we wanted to go to, and really made our experience so wonderful. Well it’s some or the names I remember after 21 nights on the hotel. I also want go give thumps up and thank all of the crew of this 5-star resort. They was so nice, helpful and smiling all the time. I saw the personnel take care of the guests with kindness and professionalism. Great leadership and dedication for guest satisfaction and experience. The infinity pool are so great and we really loved it. The pool where the pirate ship is placed are for families with small children so we enjoyed the infinity pool instead during our stay. The food in the Bounty restaurant is so great and tasty and the waiters is open to mix or change some of the ingredients in the menu on request, if possible. The breakfast had good options and we was so satisfied. The Oasis spa is also fantastic with massage treatments. What I could wish is that the cocktail hour in the Lounge is for two hours instead of one hour. Most hotel lounges in the Accor umbrella offer two hours ;) One thing is for sure! We wanna go back to the resort again.
