Location ideal: nice neighborhood, close to Old Quarter, but not in the center of the caos. Many charming coffee shops nearby as well as good restaurant. Service: good, as any 5 star hotel should be. Room: although clean, a bit old-dated. Common facilities: beautiful. Price: good for a 5 star hotel, but Viet nam has very good hotel prices, so it is no different from other hotels.

Excellent location near museum (prison Hoa Lo) and old quarter. 5 stars services. Staff is always listening and ready to make your life easier. We also enjoyed the breakfast and VIP lounge from 5 to 7pm

I had a great stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi. The location is ideal, close enough to the Old Quarter to explore easily, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the traffic and noise. The room was modern, spacious, and very well designed. I particularly liked the contemporary layout and the stylish see-through bathroom, which adds a light and open feel to the space, with privacy options available when needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was well equipped with all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is well maintained, with professional and attentive staff. All key facilities are available, including a gym, restaurant, and comfortable communal areas. The views from the hotel also offer a lovely perspective of Hanoi, especially in the evening. Overall, Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi is a reliable and comfortable choice with a great location, modern rooms, and excellent service. I would happily stay here again.
