A Short trip with family. It was pleasant and memorable. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and always helpful whenever your required assistance.

Movenpick is THE hotel to stay at for great quality at an affordable price. The restaurant quality is top notch and the rooms are a decent size. Hanoi is a bustling city and this is a great location to travel to other regions in Northern Vietnam. One of the nicest features was the chocolate hour. Adults and children both enjoy.

Wonderfull stay in general. We had a room on top floor with city view but sound proof is quite bad with noise from vehicles and elevators. The staff were so nice. Ms Hoa in chocolate hour did her best job. And lady in concierge is amazing. Thanks to Tran with her helpful service, we had an amazing overnight in Ha Long. Strongly recommend the hotel with their professional services

We stayed here for 4 nights during the first leg of our Vietnam trip. The hotel was in a great location for easy access to the key places we wanted to visit in Hanoi. The room was comfortable and spacious and extremely clean. We used the pool area a couple of afternoons which was relaxing. The breakfast choice was plentiful, lovely bakery selection and really enjoyed the freshly made omelettes. We were able to safely leave our cases whilst we visited Halong Bay. Great staff, attentive and knowledgeable about the city.
