리뷰
I initially chose Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi Centre for its convenient location near my Hanoi office, but my stay exceeded all expectations. With my Platinum Accor Plus membership, I was upgraded to a Premier King room on a high floor with executive lounge access. The room was spacious and modern, with elegant marble finishes in the bathroom. However, the dated wooden wardrobe and the unusual placement of two side mirrors around the sink slightly detracted from the otherwise refined design—likely remnants from the hotel’s recent refurbishment. The highlight of my stay was the executive lounge. The evening canapés and cocktails were exceptional, offering a far superior experience compared to the buffet breakfast at the Mangosteen restaurant. Additionally, the Cabana Club Pool looked inviting for warmer days, while the relaxed ambiance at the Cabana Club and the expertly crafted cocktails at Lounge 83 were delightful indulgences. After such a memorable stay, I would gladly return to Mövenpick Hanoi.
+ Great staff + Great lobby + Great service overall + Adequate facilities, bars and restaurants The only negative would be that the breakfast is not particularly delicious. Loved the space. We were 9 people in 4 rooms. It's about a 40 minute drive from the airport. We arrived hours earlier and were accommodated adequately and they were very nice with late check out also. Good ownership by staff.
Good hotel with lovely staff and in a good location. Room was spacious but mind the bed frame - I banged my shin on more than one occasion! Should have been cleaner but nothing too distressing. Best thing about this hotel is the free chocolate hour in the bar - oh wow sooooo good! Lovely pool area and I used the spa, very pleasant and relaxing massage.
We stayed at this hotel, booked by our travel agents, for 8 nights in November. Overall, the hotel should be more acutely rated as three/four stars. The rooms were adequate but on a small side, and the one allocated to me and my partner was outdated, dark with very dim light, thus feeling rather tatty. It also overlooked the main street and, as insulation was poor, all the noise including the touting of the street vendor could be heard. All my stars go the the staff, especially those working in the Magosteen restaurant, where we had breakfast and some of the lunches and dinners. They were all so nice, helpful and utterly professional, especially Miss Ngoc who was very dedicated and took such great care of us all. Thank you all so much.
Besides being located well the service and quality of this hotel is average at best. The service is underwhelming and the staff is often rude and unhelpful. I would suggested numerous other hotels in the area that are less expensive and superior!
