We had a great stay for a couple of days whilst exploring Hanoi. Lovely staff, clean rooms and great location. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.

Never heard of the Movenpick hotels. We needed to divert our holiday plans due to weather issues with central Vietnam as we were due to go the Hue and Hoi An,. We needed an extra night in Hanoi and were advised on this hotel. A good choice. Excellent city centre location. Very clam and pleasant atmosphere with a busy feel to the place. We had a twin room with an additional bed for my daughter but still offering plenty of space. The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Good value room. We only stayed for one night but tried the bar and the restaurant both of which were very present and very good value. As always the staff were superb. For a city centre location the noise levels were quiet even with the Vietnamese peoples need to honk their horns continually!! Would recommend his hotel

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the main attractions, both sight seeing and shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ms. Trong at the front desk, as well as the staff in Mangosteen and the Cabana Club were very pleasant and helpful. The quality and variety of food in the hotel’s restaurants could be improved.

Great hotel location. We were looked after extremely well in the executive lounge by a lovely lady Ngan . Would highly recommend this hotel

Extremely comfortable neat and clean. Buffet breakfast was also fine and vegetarians could get something to eat . Some friends and always felt need to purchase our own water. Staff is helpful .
