Most wonderful stay. Coming back
As a diamond member I travel many months a year staying at many Accor properties. This stay has been nothing but outstanding. However the service Sunny (guest services) provided us was above and beyond and as a result our group (3 separate bookings) have said we are coming back in a few months. Sunny was the flag ship of the resort. She gave the resort guests all the same treatment which we saw as above and beyond. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, wonderful pool and dining venues. The only downside was no umbrella’s by tables at Aura lounge for shad from sun. Our rooms (3) were lovely and spacious. I’d recommend this resort to anyone. Management make sure you don’t lose sunny as she is an asset and I am coming back to stay a few weeks alongside my friends and family that stayed and I am sure so many other guests. Employees like sunny are the diamond of a business. Thank you Sunny and the gang.

Perfect Honeymoon Getaway
My wife and I had an unforgettable honeymoon at Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and felt truly special throughout our stay. The resort itself is stunning—lush gardens, a clean and peaceful beach, and an enormous swimming pool that was always spotless. We were thrilled with our Suite room, which had an amazing view. Thank you to the hotel team for assigning such a beautiful room for our special occasion! A special shoutout to the bellman team—Khai Linh was so friendly and informative when he took us to our room, making sure we knew everything about the resort. Also, Thanh Dat ensured a smooth and safe buggy ride every time. The front desk team made everything seamless—check-in and check-out were incredibly fast and hassle-free. A huge thanks to Joyce for her great support and efforts! We were also delighted by the thoughtful honeymoon setup in our room. It was such a sweet surprise! The room was kept immaculate throughout our stay, thanks to the Housekeeping and Guest Relations team. One of our best dining experiences was at Aura. The staff was attentive, and the food was delicious. We ordered the Fisherman’s Catch set menu, and the seafood was so fresh—it really showcased the flavors of Phu Quoc! Breakfast at Islander was another highlight—so many choices, everything fresh and well-prepared. A special thank you to Mr. Tung, the manager, for his kind service and attention to detail in making sure we had a great start to the day. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be adding a few more shaded areas by the pool for those who want to relax out of the sun. Overall, we loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so special! Highly recommended!

Outstanding customer service.
Exceptional customer service right from check-in. Nice clean spacious rooms with a modern contemporary style. Cozy king size mattress and fluffy comforter and pillows. Nice room setup to celebrate wedding anniversary with doves shape towels, rose petals, cake, macarons and handwritten note from front desk manager. Excellent executive Lounge, great choice of cooked meals and fresh fruits. Customer oriented staff ensuring satisfaction of all guests : Alice, KY, Chloe, Dennis, Hoa. Special thanks to front desk advisor, valets and bellmen who walked down older guests. We truly enjoyed our stay last year, enrolled our families from Europe and North America to join us for this trip, no regrets. Can't wait to share our experience to some friends and family who will do the trip this upcoming fall. Well done, way to go!

Good stay and friendly staff
"This time the stay was different from the last time. Not only was the room upgraded, but there was also a private check-in area for platinum members. There is also a restaurant that provides breakfast exclusively for Platinum members. But unfortunately, the waiters in the restaurant may not have been well trained. When we entered the restaurant for breakfast, they only asked us for our room number. After we chose our seats, they did not ask if we wanted tea or coffee. . . . The Aura Beach club staff were very helpful during the happy hour provided by the hotel。 This stay is generally very satisfactory, and I am very grateful for the hotel's arrangements.
