Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok

Great hotel with easy access to malls, street fairs and bars. Walking distance from Terminal 21 and bars and the hotel offers a free Tuk Ruke to Terminal 21. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast offered had a wide variety of cuisines. A themed evening dinner was planned every night however we didn’t get to enjoy these during this trip. No spa at the hotel which we had not realized but many spa places in the area. The cocktails were not the best but the view from the rooftop bar makes up for it.

First time writing a negative review ! I checked in for a three night stay as I wanted to upgrade from a 4 star to a 5 star hotel. Dean from reception took me to a depressing room with a wall facing the window. When I complained how bad the room was, he promised to move me the next day. Next day and following day come and no one bothered although I checked with reception and they told me Dean is off. Careless staff, not very helpful at the front desk and their excuse we are high occupancy. The breakfast buffet was a disaster where I took me 35 minutes to be seated. Very disorganized. This is not a 5 star hotel. Would not recommend staying here at all.

Choosing to stay in the Executive rooms at Movenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 was an excellent decision. The Executive Lounge at Movenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 in Bangkok exceeded our expectations in every way, thanks for the exceptional service provided by staff member. From the moment we arrived, Som-O greeted us warmly and ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect.

We stayed here for 5 nights and the service we received was impeccable, right from the start we were made to feel valued. No task was to much for the staff here and they were always on hand to answer our questions and ensure our stay was perfect (which it was) . We would like to say a special thanks to 2 concierge named Boy and Martin!! They recommended us many amazing places to eat which made our stay even more special and they were 2 of the friendliest people we have ever met so polite and kind! Amazing people!! Thankyou for everything xx a holiday we will never forget xx P.s the rooftop bar was stunning

Thai elephants are very important both culturally and sacred linked to the Buddhist faith. It is wonderful to see this within the decor of the hotel commanding both strength and intelligence. This was brought out by two people. Nui the rooms division manager very kindly invited me to the club lounge so I would be with my friends from Melbourne. Such a professional lady with that unique quality of a vision to ensure her guests are made to feel welcomed and take away cool memories. There was also May in the club lounge who also displayed these qualities with an additional zest for life fun and enjoyment. The club lounge is well laid out in tasteful decor. (Two elephants adorn the corridor outside). Excellent Australian wine. Makes such a difference where many hotels go for the cheap Chilean wines. The food is exceptional catering for all tastes and very well presented. Thank you so much Nui and May for all your endeavours but also and equally important the supporting team members.
