Best experience in a long time. The staff is attentive, diligent and customer friendly. Plan to stay for 2 days and we extended for 3 days . I would like to recommend the Manager staff AOM for her clamness and best service ,NOK and chef Benz for best Thai food.

Where do I even begin……this is my second stay with the hotel, first stayed with them in July and they left a lasting impression so I had to return to see if they are in it to win it, if it was going to be consistent for each stay or was it just a one time experience. This stay has once again been great, they lived up to my expectations and on some occasions exceeded my expectations. Sometimes it is the small things they do which create such an amazing experience - little moments big memories. One morning when I was enjoying my soft boiled egg during breakfast and Nat brought over some paper napkins when she noticed I was cleaning my fingers. When Nu efficiently prepared my tea in a tea plunger as he knew I love to have my tea hot. When Tik who cleans my room daily keeps everything organised how I have placed them instead of rearranging things back to its original position and the list goes on……guests rarely remember what you do, we rarely remember what you say but we will ALWAYS remember how you made us feel! To the Housekeeping team, Laundry team, F&B team, Front Office team, Banquet & AV team, Engineering team and Khum Hom team a big thank you for being such a warm and amazing bunch of hospitality folks. To the following individuals Charlie, Nu, Kitty, Jah, Nat, Nan, Nok (Nourish) Tor (Room Service) Kin, Joy, Jame, Phu Pha, Karn (Banquet, AV & IT) Aom (GRM) Mam, May (Front Office) who crossed paths with me during my stay, thank you for always taking the time to stop and chat with me. Keep up the amazing job each and everyone of you are doing! It was great to return to a place I will now call home!

I was greeted by professional warm staff on arrival that made me feel incredibly welcome. As I was early to arrive I decided to experienced a spa treatment. I receive a Thai massage and acupressure foot treatment from the talented Mew who completely transported me into relaxed state…. Thank you to Zoe for her knowledge and recommendation of treatments and Milk for a speedy check out. Room is spacious, light and comfortable. The biggest asset is definitely the staff…. Thank you

Smiles everywhere at Movenpick BDMS Wellness Resort, we were very sweetly welcomed by Khun Amran. Jame checked us in and gave us a detailed description of all the facilities, while we had our welcome drinks. The room was really comfortable, spacious and very clean. With a yoga mat and sleep promoting speaker on the bedside. That's what I love about a place I'm going to stay at with my family, the cleanliness & comfort. Made our stay very pleasant. Be Well Spa was amazing, Khun Wut made our stay super relaxing and fun. I got a rejuvenating Deep tissue massage done by therapist Suda. The next day I opted for the Aromatherapy done by therapist Bua, she had really amazing technique and I loved it. Jah and Nan gave us good service during our Buffet breakfast at Nourish. The delicious Thai cuisine at Khum Hom was unforgettable. Cheers to the chef and his team. The BDMS Wellness Clinic and their talented team also made our time fun and full of laughs, while we got our I.V Drips after the consultation from Dr Tae. Patsita, Gigi, Momay, friendly and always smiling. Located in a very ideal location, near to Central Embassy Mall, Terminal 21, Platinum Mall. Perfect location to stay at.

I came for October fest ! Love the beer 🥰 very worth Stunning experience with superb service especially the staff named "WAT" he's very sweet and service with heart. The food is very delicious. And the music at butter sweet is very nice Will visit here again !
