Just the best staff and atmosphere

From the delightful Sky at checking in to all the staff we came across, there was not a one of them that did not smile and wish us well. You felt valued and important to all staff wherever you were in the resort. I recommend Club Lounge upgrade. We enjoyed our canapes and cocktails and had great interaction with the staff in a more relaxed atmosphere. Thank you to all at Movenpick Bangkok for making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back.

Wonderful experience will be repeated

I have been in the hotel for 6 nights with my family, we enjoyed every details from the staff to the facilities, kids enjoyed the chocolate hour and the afternoon tea was perfect also the complementary free drinks, i want to send a special thank you massage for: Tai, Amran and ton for their smile and wonderful service specially with my kids In the breakfast area i want to thank Mr, tong and the others for their professional work And a warm and lovely thank you to Sky, she was above expectations and kindness with all of us and other visitors Thank you all and you make our stay more enjoyable

Top Service Team !

I plan a 5 days trip to Bangkok with some business associates . I selected Movenpick hotel which our team did not regret ! From check in to check out - fast & smooth ! Free transport to BTS, super ! Mr Pai, event drive his own SUV to send me out , due to driver was late to show up. Well done ! Executive Lounge - open concept , but all services are fantastic . Even manager & staffs remember your name when you walk in to the. Lounge ! Feel welcome ! They even have live brands on some nights ! I will come back again…

Unforgettable experience!

Our experience as a family was amazing with our stay at the family suite that has a direct view on the main swimming pool. The staff and service were top notch. Everything and everyone was perfectly organized. Helpful and friendly staff. In-room dining was great as well with variety of delicious options. Definitely would recommend this place for a small family to enjoy and relax.

Great 3-night stay

First time in Bangkok for us, quick little stopover on our way back home from 4 weeks in Europe. It's been nice to catch our breath and just take things nice and slow. Our package included afternoon tea every day, executive lounge and cocktails, along with some massages and credit for the day spa. Great little add-ons which definitely added to the experience. As is usual for Thailand, all resort staff have been extremely friendly and respectful. We had a small problem with our room on the first night, this was addressed promptly and resulted in an unexpected upgrade which was very much appreciated. Special mention to Sky, she was friendly and professional from the first day. She's a lovely young lady who I believe has only worked here for a short time and is a credit to the hotel. She was engaging with us but not over the top, thankyou to Sky for her help and excellent customer service.
