Their beach front is very nice and clean and what's amazing is their superb service. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. We had a great time and we really enjoyed our stay here. Would love to come back again and will definitely recommend this to our friends. 👍😊✅💯

We went to Boracay last September together with my family. Mr. Carl Daven Neri of Movenpick Boracay gave us an exceptional service and hospitality, he truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the attentive service throughout our stay, every interaction was filled with genuine kindness and professionalism. He was always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was arranging activities, answering questions, or catering to special requests. The hotel is more a 4 star than 5, I liked the trees and the beach. It is a little bit outdated and the first impression was not too good. We arrived at 6PM and our room was not ready yet. After my husband approached the manager, the room was ready in 5 minutes. The breakfast could be better, you get tired of the same food every day. The Italian restaurant is very nice and the food is really tasty, everything we order was so good. We highly recommend Charilou from the Italian Restaurant, she has a beautiful smile and is always willing to help find a table and to bring the coldest beer :). The best customer experience we had in this hotel was oferred by Charilou. We enjoyed also the Japanese restaurant, the chef cooked the dinner in front of us, very nice experience and funny Chef. Overall it was ok, I liked the bar next to the beach, there is a show every evening and chocolate hour between 3 and 4 pm, which is really nice. If you don't have high expectation, you won't be disappointed:).
