Who wants a real vacation in paradise, I think they are at the right address. The hotel is in a perfect location and has its own private beach. The sun loungers on the beach are incredibly comfortable and the staff will always find you a place in the shade if you want it. The restaurants offer extremely delicious food at very affordable prices. What makes this hotel special is the staff, incredibly friendly and always ready to help you. Thank you Mr Jerome, my stay on the beach was a pleasure with your help, thank you Ms Charilou, your help and the Italian restaurant was incredible. What I would criticize the hotel management is the cleaning of the rooms, it is catastrophic and the only thing I did not like, sometimes you come from the beach to get ready for dinner and your room is not cleaned????? Fix that and you will be great!
Thank you, Movenpick staff & crew! We had an amazing short but sweet stay in your place. The place was superb, well-maintained & had all the amenities that made our stay memorable & comfortable. All staff & crew were polite, ready to assist & pleasing to guests. Worth mentioning are: Andrea, Brooks, Nelson, Shai, Helaena Marie, Rica May, Oli, Tonet, Rianne and all the other staff & crew
Myje treated us like royalty during our romantic sunset dinner on the beach! Our meals were spectacular, and the service was impeccable. He created an ambiance unrivaled by any I’ve experienced. 10/10 start to our honeymoon.
The true luxury in Movenpick is the service provided by their topnotch staff. From Alrie and Miguel at reception, Joseph on the shuttle route, Nurse Yuri at the clinic, Allen and his team at the Sol Marina, the great Security and Life Guards (shoutout to Jerome), and Juleevie in The Market, we got warm welcome, genuine service, and concern. Will be always grateful and will work to come back. Thanks Movenpick team! 😊
Unpolite manager front desk , unpolite all from lobby, bad behaviour and dangerous from mr JOSEPH an concierge man , in the room all was old style , dirty, they avoid to change and clean the room daily. On the beach the worst beach sun beds i even see in my life, also the sea at that part of the beach is with waves. Facilities it exist ….. but there are not provided for customers in the respect for the money we have payed to you. They say they are from Accor group but they don t give anything benefit for accor group ( it was maybe points when we buy food& drinks) It is a shame for their brand
