The moment we checked in and to the check out day, we felt pampered and well taken care of. Breakfast buffet was great with lots to choose from. The hotel's swimming area was perfect for relaxing plus the clear water beach nearby. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and always has smiles on their faces. The hotel's commitment to customer's satisfaction is spot on Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone for their next travel.

We had a pleasant stay however the twin room is very cramped up for a family. The house keeping was great throughout our stay! Was also very surprised with the vegetarian option of spring rolls and vegetable sandwich considering we are pure vegetarians.

once you step into its fresh lobby, you are greeted with a personalized and happy welcome by their Front Desk staff Ms Ven and Sheena who efficiently processed our room without having to wait in long lines while drinks were served. Every staff of Movenpick from the bellboy to housekeeping down to the resto personnel are more than proud to serve their guests. Kudos to the Hotel's management led by their energetic and approachable GM Simon whose presence is an inspiration to the personnel and guests, local and foreign.

Great service! They all went above and beyond. Everyone was so polite, helpful, and accommodating. I will definitely come back here the next time I visit Mactan Island. Amazing customer service. I give this hotel a five out of five. I absolutely recommend.
