Had the best time at the Movenpick hotel! We visited on a family holiday celebrating two birthdays. We had a lovely room upgrade and the staff made a big effort to make our trip a memorable one! The hotel was lovely and the staff were the highlight! Shoutout to Adrian, Aden and Lester who really went out of their way to make our holiday special. Would highly recommend!

We have stayed at Movenpick Cebu twice and always on our way home as the airport location is near. I am most impressed with the staff of enthusiastic professional and friendly Filipinos. Gorgeous smiles and eager to please the needs of the patrons. It will melt your heart and makes a person eager to return. Location is beautiful, but I'm only disappointed with mother nature as she destroyed Abisa club that has given me fond memories. Until next time.

We traveled as a family with our two-year-old daughter, and every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always had genuine smiles on their faces—surely a sign that they truly enjoy working in such a wonderful place. Honestly, I fell completely in love with this resort! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the spa treatments were unbelievably good. My two-year-old, Nono, was greeted with such warmth everywhere she went. Many staff even remembered her name, which made us feel so cared for. Traveling with a toddler means unexpected needs—like getting hungry outside of meal times. Yet the staff were still so kind and happy to offer a warm little bread roll for her. We were truly touched and grateful. I want to give a special thanks to several amazing team members: KIM, ANA, LYKA, RICHIE, JHY, Evelyn at the spa center, and many others at the front desk whom I can’t list one by one. You were all incredible. 🌟 Please continue sharing your passion and warmth with every guest. I will definitely return because of your exceptional service. Many reviews mention the higher prices, but it is absolutely worth it. (This was the only place during our one-month stay in Cebu where we had zero stomach issues—and paired with perfect service, it made everything even better.) I am more than willing to pay for service delivered with genuine passion and care.
