I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Movenpick Hotel, and I can't say enough about how amazing the entire experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Mark at the front desk. He was incredibly accommodating—his vibrant energy, professionalism, and charisma instantly made me feel at home. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The food was another highlight. The dining options were varied and delicious, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was a treat. And I have to mention the Ibiza show—it was absolutely amazing! The energy, music, and performances created such a fun and unforgettable atmosphere. I can’t recommend Movenpick Hotel enough. With staff like Mark, like you should keep him and such fantastic amenities and entertainment, this place offers a 5-star experience from start to finish.
My family of 4 stayed for 4 nights and 5 days during Golden Week in Japan. The hotel arranged to upgrade us to a family suite. It was the most wonderful room we have ever had on our trip. We arrived at the hotel just after 3pm and enjoyed the Chocolate Hour with a welcome drink. We had the best time at the hotel pool, private beach, island hopping tour, and walking around Cebu city.
Excellent service, wonderful experience, mainly due to the service provided by Ingrid and Rochelle, especially Ingrid, beautiful and efficient, she learned Portuguese to serve us, a different word every time, attentive and concerned with the orders, she suggested incredible dishes!!!!

The hotel was amazing and awesome. Customer is very kind and also hotel is very clean. Service is very good for us. Thank you so so so much Ingrid, Ella and BG. Here is lovely place! We will use this hotel next time. And also location is perfect. It is very close to airport
