Awesome service from the crew especially Ms. Jane. Looking forward to book a longer stay next time. Ambiance was good and food was at a reasonable price.

The hotel has a lot to improve on, however the staff is one area they don’t need improvement on, special consideration to Aleah and CID, they have really exceeded expectations today and deserve the recognition. This review is really only about Aleah and CID. Thank you very much for making my day.

Fabulous location on Station 0 away from the crowds at Station 1, 2, 3. The beach was beautiful and did not have any algae at the time of our visit unlike the beaches at Station 1, 2 and 3. The hotel grounds were gorgeous and all the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed the food at Brezza Ristorante the most. Delicious Italian cuisine. The hotel was very clean in all areas. Special shout out to Sol, Axel and Allianna in the Beach Bar and Oli at Breakfast who were all very friendly and helpful. Areas of Improvement: We chose the hotel in particular for its pool bar, however were disappointed on arrival to learn that the bar is not operational. You can still wait at the pool bar for someone to come over and take your drinks order, but this just doesn't have the same vibe as having a bartender at the bar making cocktails in front of you and talking to guests. Aussies love a pool bar, and we noticed many other guests were disappointed that this bar was unmanned. I think this is a missed revenue making opportunity as we would have ordered a lot more cocktails if the pool bar had a bartender, music and vibes. The other point that annoyed me was the free shuttle bus only departs from the hotel 4 times a day at certain times to DMall and returns at 4 times from DMall back to the hotel. However, sometimes the booking slots are full so you can't really go when you want. We ended up spending money on our own transfers to and from places. Approx 300 pesos each way, each time.

Our stay was excellent. The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained, and the service throughout the hotel was top-notch, where the staff went above and beyond Special thanks to Grace from the reception area, Jane from the dining area team, Rolando from room cleaning, and to the towel team, for their exceptional service, professionalism, and warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel, and great experience especially being served by Joshua Monceda - he was very professional, very attentive, and made our stay truly memorable. In fact, the entire staff at Movenpick went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care throughout our visit. They keep the hotel clean and make the guests feel comfortable. The beach was absolutely stunning - pristine white sand, crystal clear waters, and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We spent hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The food was another highlight of our stay. The Asian restaurant and wood fired pizza from Brezza were amazing.
