Rooms weren’t five-star compared to the great pool and beach bar. Furniture didn’t feel luxury and as if I’m transported to another hotel. The smell of the room on the 4th floor is comparable to dried fish. Called the reception and just offered to put ionizer in the room, but still not sufficient. According to housekeepers, this is a persistent problem especially rooms on that floor. Then why would they choose to sell the room despite guest complaints? To think this was the ‘upgraded’ room due to my card status in Accor. The saving grace is the politeness of the staff. But I might just dine when visiting Boracay than to stay here.
We had the perfect vacation at Mövenpick Boracay. The pool is huge, the rooms were fine, great food and wonderful private beach. Amazing overall stay and special mention of Ariane, Jumer and Ish for outstanding service! Thank you very much.

Our 5-day stay at this resort in Boracay has been nothing but amazing. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a slice of paradise. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel cared for. Special thanks to Cara and Rhian at the breakfast buffet — they were incredibly warm and accommodating, starting our days off with a smile. The resort offers two great restaurants, making it so convenient to enjoy delicious meals while relaxing by the expansive pool or along the beautiful beachfront. What I loved most is how the resort caters to both families and couples, offering a perfect balance of fun and intimacy for everyone. Overall, a fantastic experience that we highly recommend to anyone visiting Boracay!
