Wonderful tropical resort! We enjoyed the huge pool, the great staff and food. Vince was one of the many staff that were so friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the Brezza Restaurant on site and the grilled perfectly salmon dish. The chocolate bar at 3pm ea day was a fun and unique treat. I highly recommend the Movenpick, Boracay Island, Philippines.
Where crystal clear blue sea laps up on to a near white soft sandy beach. Welcome to paradise in the Philippines. But as you soak up the suns rays through pure blue sky you get a little thirsty! The beach bar is but a few steps away. Where service is their priority. A big thank you to Rommel the bar manager and Jho his ever smiling assistant. They both went above and beyond to look after us. Restaurants are on par with this quality of resort. Room was perhaps starting to get a bit tired. Out front the concierge team are always totally dedicated to customer happiness. Vince and Franz were super helpful. Checkin and checkout was below par sadly which is why this is a 4 star review.
From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and professional. They were always ready with a smile, helpful recommendations, and prompt assistance whenever we needed anything. A special mention to AYA (she is stationed at the bar) for her outstanding and impressive service — her kindness and attention to details truly made a difference. She also gave us tips on best places to visit and where to find cheap and good food while staying on the island. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the guest experience. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming!
