Great Hotel with its private beach, amazing staff. Juleevie was very helpful and professional all week. The white sand beach was the best. Good shows by the bar as well, good pools too. Best price value ratio on the island. Easy to get to D mall with the free hotel transfer as well.
- the place was cozy, nature feels and the surroundings were well maintained, amenities are great too - we enjoyed their chocolate hour and the food tastes very good (pizza, pasta and the filipino dishes) - the staff are very accommodating and friendly - they assisted my husband (pwd) and provided service for him to go around without difficulty - overall we love the place, we will surely be back
Fantastic hotel with great staff. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. I love the quiet location, amazing private beach and the spacious room. All the inhouse restaurants offer delicious food options at a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their chocolate hour is something we always look forward :) Highly recommended and we will definitely be back with our kids.
We've been going to Movenpick at least once every year for about 5 years now. Our stay is always special, made all the more memorable because of the extra efforts of Arnold and Mitch. The breakfast is plentiful, pizza and pasta and Brezza is the best in the island. The pizza making for the kids is a delight! The beautiful setting for our son's birthday was also nice. See you again!
This was my 3rd time in Movenpick and first time i brought my daughters with me. Beach is still the best. Staff service is still top notch. However the building where our 2 rooms were located needs improvement. B1 buildings hallway is not open air like the other buildings ive stayed before. Its hallway is hot humid and mildly suffocating. The buildings elevator strongly smells of molds. My daughters and my wife all complained about the smell of the elevator so much but we had no choice as we were on the 4th floor B1 410 and 412. I reported it to their engineering personnel. Guests. I suggest you stay well away from building B1.
