Me and my boyfriend visited Philippines, it was my boyfriend's first time in the country. All i can say is that we had an extremly delightful experience at Movenpick Boracay. From the main porch, the staff are very attentive, to the reception. It was the 3rd week of March so the summer had started, the welcome drinks (calamansi juice) and cold towel was very refreshing. These simple yet remarkable gestures made such an impact and difference. It was our anniversary, and we got an upgrade along with special welcome amenities. We are grateful to meet the front office manager Luis, who despite the busy day - took time to speak and chat with us. The facilities speak luxury! Boracay could be very busy but this area of the island is perfect for serene and inclusive memorable experience. The pool and beach are prestine, guests can enjoy the famous Chocolate Hour from 3 to 4pm for free. Such a nice gesture. Since then, I have been recommending this hotel to my friends who are planning to visit Boracay!
The food and place are great, as is the good customer service that they showed us. As a 5-star hotel, they treated their guests fairly even though we were just students. Special mention goes to Cid, Aprille, Shai, Cobe, Mark, Lucy, Lyndon, Charilou, and Bianca for providing us with such great service.
The Mövenpick Boracay is a superior experience. Every part of the property is cleaned to perfection; the food is world class and varied. The beach is isolated and peaceful. And the service is top quality! Every staff member has a genuine smile and greeting and is always ready to help. Alliyah at the pool bar is a pleasure, her service is fantastic and her smile is honest and brightens up your day. I recommend the Mövenpick to anyone looking for a high (the highest) quality property in a fun destination.
Beautiful ambience and friendly staff! Good quality food! Clean place Aliyah, Axl and Richard were very helpful to us during our whole day pass!! They were kind enough to suggest which food to get and offer us cocktails during happy hour :) :)
