This is a huge hotel, with many facilities and glamorous common spaces. Many swimming pools and restaurants. Special praise for Meriam Essafy for extraordinary customer service in helping us to understand this massive facility, to translate our needs, and to help us in many ways. The hotel offers all we can wish for, from transportation services, to spa massages, excellent food and relaxing environments such as the gardens, the pools and the very comfortable accommodation facilities. The staff is very kind and professional, always at your disposal, and willing to solve all issues you may have, from room keys to late check-out.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and smells divine. 15 mins from airport in quite area outside city. Check in was slow considering we checked in the day before online. Eventually got sorted by Khaola our butler who was very helpful. Staying in junior suite (5106), separate living room and 2 toilets!! Housekeeping are amazing, well stocked with water, tea, coffee. Beautiful large balcony with sofas. Double sink, bath and separate shower. 3 pools, we are being very well.looked after my Anis the lifeguard. Lovely big pool towels provided. Pool bar does amazing food and drinks. Breakfast buffet with everything you could want. Fresh omlette etc. And looked after my the beautiful waitress Bhaji. Had dinner one of the hotel resturants Marcelona, very tasty and good value. Spa is ok, had lovely head massage so far , going to haman today. Slippers and dressing gowns provided. We got taxi into medina from outside the hotel which we realised over charged us 100% which was annoying! Definitley will come back again with my family. Book it, don't hesitate!!!! 5 stars

Very enjoyable experience with a few gaps. Attendants could be more proactively helpful assisting with taxi and car service. Beautiful grounds. Tasty food. Traditional Moroccan Mint Tea service always enjoyed. Housekeeping was excellent and Mehdi at the poolside terrace bar provided superb customer service!

The staff at the kids club were exception, they went over and beyond for the kids. My Kids really loved the kids club, Thanks to Ikbal Touria for making their holiday a memorable one with all the activities she did with them, painting, making cardboard hats, making hand bracelets, treasure hunt and so many other activities. It was a very safe and happy environment with very friendly staff who always smiled and made us feel very welcome.
