Excellent hotel,was spoilt for choice at the breakfast area,didn't know what to expect as was my first time in marakesh,this hotel deserves the BIGGEST APRAISAL!!!!!😁,absolute brilliant hotel staff,definitely be going back very soon with the Mrs!!!!!
Would like to give Lamia from the Connoisseur desk a huge shout out and immense thank you. She was so incredibly helpful with helping me track my missing luggage, thus making a rather stressful process steamless. Also Chef Sami is always so friendly and attentive.
Excellent service, chef Sami Mazaril. Excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent. Excellent service. All the food is great. Movenpick Marrakech is an excellent hotel with great services. Wonderful breakfast. Wonderful lunch. Wonderful supper.
The staff are very friendly and treat you like royalty. Starting from the reception to the SPA and restaurants. I want to thank Imad and Ussama for making sure that I have my favorite food and I want to thank Iman from the spa who went an extra mile and worked after her working hours to make sure I have an appointment
Worst two nights I spend in this hotel, went to see managers at least 5 times and no resolution! No air conditions Kids couldn’t sleep all night Broken electric socket (scary) Extremely loud music from club next door Breakfast was good standard
