You pay a lot for the "Movenpick" branding and a daily chocolate selection; in reality this hotel is not much better than a typical four star international hotel in Marrakech but charges 50% more. The rooms are quite small. Breakfast is good (approaching five star levels). Some staff are a bit aggressive in asking guests to write reviews online. The hotel is quite far from the medina and the taxi drivers who wait outside the hotel are very aggressive. The hotel has cars available but they are expensive.
Naija is an incredible masseuse. I didn’t even realise how much i needed a massage until she got started. she approached me by the pool and offered her services which was very appreciated! She has a lovely energy and was lovely to speak to. In general, the hotel is lovely but make sure you get a massage from Naija !
Wonderful hotel, the staff are great and so helpful! The facilities are amazing they have peacocks and bunny rabbits roaming free. Najia from the spa came and gave me a foot massage at the pool it was incredible. Fantastic hotel would stay here again.
Amazing hotel!!!! Very very nice infrastructure and super friendly staff (kudos to Lahcen who was very helpful). Besides, the kids club is super nice too!! Our daughter of 6 years old loved!!!! Strongly recommend!! We also liked the food which was very tasty!
Excellent Guest Service from check in to check out. Great service provided from the concierge desk staffs. Awesome Breakfast buffet and premium offering of dinner options. Wonderful Holidays festivities and setup. Provided an excellent security. Our family highly recommended this hotel if you are visiting Marrakech, Morocco.
