I have reached out to the hotel directly, but the lack of taking this complaint seriously or acknowledging the situation means that a public review is the only way to try to get the situation rectified for any other guests. Due to a family illness and challenging circumstances (including the hotel double profiteering from a room booking and refusing to look into the complain, despite verbal confirmation from their staff it would be addressed) I was unable to travel, and therefore my friends did go ahead. I would like to please flag to groups of women or female travellers to avoid this hotel, as my friends were made to feel uncomfortable a number of times and as a result tried to avoid spending additional time in the hotel. In addition, they advised: • Dirty and unhygienic parts of the room and main areas • Low quality food and refreshments at extortionate prices • Poor level of service all round that they experience in the hotel compared to outside venues in the location Avoid this hotel
The hotel was well situated in Marrakech it was clean the beds were just the right hardness and the sheets were divine The breakfasts were delicious and they had all the foods i like - yogurt, pumpkin seeds , sesame seeds and sunflower seeds and cinnamon and ginger. they also had excellent health drinks i had dinner in the bar one night and the quesadillas were super. they even brought olives initially and divine little deserts . the service was awesome and very helpful. i adored the art and the elegant decor the only area for development include 1 no wash cloth in the bathroom 2 i came 10 min late to taste the chocolate and they said the tasting was done- so sad other than that I would recommend your hotel l
The stay was awesome. Oumaima and fettane were very helpful.
Sanaa was an amazing guest relation. She really made us feel at home during our stay. She’s an amazing person and profession.
