Right from the start, I was greeted with friendliness and smiles! My luggage was carried and my doors were opened. I walked in and it was so clean and quiet. Akli and Lastar at the front desk were so friendly and helpful aswell. We laughed about how the temperature was so cold for them but was perfect for me. I definitely recommend coming here!
Exceptional Stay with Warm Hospitality! Our experience at the hotel was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, the reception team welcomed us warmly and provided us with a beautiful room. The location is perfect, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Guest Relations, Hajar, whose professionalism and thoughtful assistance made our stay unforgettable. Mohamed the concierge was excellent and greatly added to my visit to Casablanca. He provided me with excellent, personalized service and ensured that my stay was everything that I hoped that it would be! Thank you Mohamed! He also got me connected with Abdullah, who was my taxi driver / tour guide. Abdullah was a wonderful and knowledgeable person. He was affordable, patient and helpful in every way, and the kind of person that a first-time visitor to Casablanca would want for a guide!
