Overall great and friendly!
Right from the start, I was greeted with friendliness and smiles! My luggage was carried and my doors were opened. I walked in and it was so clean and quiet. Akli and Lastar at the front desk were so friendly and helpful aswell. We laughed about how the temperature was so cold for them but was perfect for me. I definitely recommend coming here!

Great, personalized customer service and tourist guidance at the Mövenpick Hotel.
Mohamed the concierge was excellent and greatly added to my visit to Casablanca. He provided me with excellent, personalized service and ensured that my stay was everything that I hoped that it would be! Thank you Mohamed! He also got me connected with Abdullah, who was my taxi driver / tour guide. Abdullah was a wonderful and knowledgeable person. He was affordable, patient and helpful in every way, and the kind of person that a first-time visitor to Casablanca would want for a guide!
