Terrible
Our family stayed at the Movenpick in December this year and I'm afraid it was a very poor experience not just for a 5 star hotel but for any hotel. We had booked a room with a fold out bed for my daughter. The room was not there when we checked in, and we subsequently asked 6 times for the bed to be sent to the room - both over the phone and in person at the desk and each time we were assured it was coming. In the end I had to go again to the desk - my daughter by this point was exhausted as we had been travelling since 4am from London. For a hotel surely the absolute minimum is that you have a bed! Absolutely shocking. What was meant to be a relaxing break before Christmas was ruined by this experience. Just so poor - would avoid.

Spa with Najia
Exellent service in the hotel mansour eddahbi this is my secend time with my family.the pool is nice and clean. Najia from the spa is exellent.it's amazing and I feel like a new person.realy I caud stay here forever.I was lucky to stay in ths hotel. I highly recommend the service with Najia in the spa👍👍👍👍👍

Najia was absolutely amazing in giving me a foot massage. I was at movenpick on my lone travels and after long days, najia was always available and willing to give me a very nice massage which ended my day well. I can't thank her enough! Will always recommend her to everyone. Thank you najia for your delicate service and surely i will be back!

Najia massage
What an absolutely amazing feet/leg massage with Najia. She was available whenever myself and my family needed her after a very long day out enjoying the beautiful weather in marakesh. Can’t thank her enough and will always recommend her others.
