10/10 experience with Naija
Naija is an incredible masseuse. I didn’t even realise how much i needed a massage until she got started. she approached me by the pool and offered her services which was very appreciated! She has a lovely energy and was lovely to speak to. In general, the hotel is lovely but make sure you get a massage from Naija !

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful hotel, the staff are great and so helpful! The facilities are amazing they have peacocks and bunny rabbits roaming free. Najia from the spa came and gave me a foot massage at the pool it was incredible. Fantastic hotel would stay here again.

Great hotel with amazing kids club!
Amazing hotel!!!! Very very nice infrastructure and super friendly staff (kudos to Lahcen who was very helpful). Besides, the kids club is super nice too!! Our daughter of 6 years old loved!!!! Strongly recommend!! We also liked the food which was very tasty!

Excellent Guest Service from check in to check out. Great service provided from the concierge desk staffs. Awesome Breakfast buffet and premium offering of dinner options. Wonderful Holidays festivities and setup. Provided an excellent security. Our family highly recommended this hotel if you are visiting Marrakech, Morocco.

Excellent New Year party!
Excellent! Special Thanks to Yassine Lamxizan, who works in the restaurant, where breakfast was serving. He was bringing me green tea bags (somehow they were running out of it), running across the restaurant to bring it to me every time… and even hide for me a few bags during my last breakfast. We were staying with a big group for a New Year party and exploring Marrakesh from December 31- January 3rd. 3 nights. Amaizing New Year Eve party with elegant reception before the dinner and entertaining-Magical New Year party-and it was really Magical!!! Thank you all the staff, who took part in working on that party… and the dinner itself was exquisite! Special NY Eve menu… The Hotel is very elegant and huge. Very easy to get lost in the front desk area- as I was -to find the way to the elevator. I even had a chance to swim-on January 1st-in the outdoor pool. It was quite warm, people were swimming, sunbathing! Live band playing, I ordered lunch-salad-it was so big-good for 2-3 people! Our room was very spacious and comfortable.
