Don’t bother! The hotel doesn’t.

The most poorly operated reception service you could possibly find. Worst thing is they don’t care. You will wait hours for your room key. Don’t bother that won’t be right when you get there either. Call concierge call reception go down and talk to them….you’re wasting your time.

Terrible service and food. Hotel far below the expected standard for a 4 stars from the ACCOR group.

The hotel looks great from the outside. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is dramatic. Both check-in and check-out are unacceptably long. Excluding the waiting time for queuing, the procedures took over a quarter of an hour for 2 persons sharing a room. Employees typing on their computers forever to seize the date, whereas in other hotels of the same ACCOR group in the country (Essaouira) procedures are extremely fast and customer friendly. On the second day, we tried the buffet for dinner, arriving 1 hour after opening and long before closure. Dishes were limited. 2 of the serving staff totally unprofessional. Brought glasses which were not clean and were changed by the third member of the staff. A relevant quantity of the plates were already empty or close to finish and were not replaced. Especially interesting was a large plate of paella, with half the rice remaining, overdry, with a couple of clams remaining on top as well as half a shrimp with just the head left . Was there unchanged between our arrival and leaving. Just a rip off for 38 € per person. Valet service ok but on the slow side. Good team at the bar service. Friendly and efficient. At 6 am, operator not joinable on the phone. I tried several times but nobody took the line. I had to walk to the front desk to ask for a pick-up of our luggage. Just a shame for the ACCOR group which most of the time runs their hotels in a very professional way.

thank you mahdi 🙏🏻🔥

I came from Turkey to Morocco and started my day by checking into the Mansour Dahbi Hotel. It was a good start for me, and I found that this hotel gives a wonderful impression of the Moroccan people. While I was at the Mansour bar, I was welcomed by a charming young man with a stylish haircut — he looked like a model, haha! He spoke to me with elegance and politeness and introduced himself as Mehdi, a 20-year-old bartender. He guided me and gave me useful information about Morocco. I truly appreciate his patience and guidance. He is a smart young man, works well, and really looks like a model, haha!

Disappointing Experience at Movenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi

I'm sorry to hear abI recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Movenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi in Marrakech, and it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Upon my arrival on a scorching Friday, I was greeted with an unexpected inconvenience. After stepping out of the car, I found myself waiting under the blistering sun for nearly fifteen minutes with my bags, as the hotel entrance was blocked due to a conference. When an employee finally arrived, I was handed a piece of paper directing me to the receptionist. The check-in process was less than smooth. I quickly learned that only one elevator was operational, while the other was out of order. The functioning elevator made an uncomfortable noise and seemed to collide with the wall each time it stopped, which added to the overall distress of my arrival. In the course of my stay, I requested an extra blanket from the receptionist, but I had to follow up multiple times over two days without any success. To make matters worse, my room was lacking basic amenities; there were no toothbrushes or combs provided, and the towels were not clean. As for the elevator, the situation was just as alarming. It had a strong scent of vinegar, a result of it being cleaned inadequately with that substance, and to top it off, I noticed jars inside filled with dirt — clearly a sign of neglect. At one point, I spoke with the guest relations team, who assured me that this was not typical for their hotel. I was promised improvements, but unfortunately, I did not observe any changes during my stay. Overall, my experience at Movenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi was far from satisfactory. With so many options available in Marrakech, I expected much better service and cleanliness. This stay has certainly left a lasting impression, but not the kind I would have hoped for. Feel free to adjust any part of this draft or add any additional details you think are important!
