I have no comments regarding the hotel itself, but I feel compelled to share my experience at the MFF Café, located on the terrace area just outside the hotel at Movenpick Marrakech. During our visit, my friends and I ordered three coffees, and they were served without water. When we politely inquired about this, the waiter explained that it is the café’s practice to serve coffee without water. I mentioned that, generally, coffee is served with water in cafés worldwide. The staff member responded in an extremely rude and dismissive manner, saying, “Is this your first time here? We are allowed to serve coffee without water.” Her attitude and behavior were unprofessional and unpleasant, and this significantly affected our experience. While Movenpick Marrakech is otherwise a reputable hotel, the service at MFF Café was disappointing and did not meet expectations. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve customer experience in the future.

The most beautiful hotel, we had 2 nights in a riad in the medina to start our holiday, which was a wonderful authentic experience, followed by 3 nights in the movenpick. The most beautiful, luxurious hotel, a short taxi ride from the medina, also walkable to the modern Gueliz area an 2 shopping malls within a 5/10 minute walk. The hotel was so beautiful and the staff amazing. A wonderful breakfast buffet spread. Imane in the restaurant at breakfast was incredible, I have a gluten and dairy allergy and she walked me through the buffet explained what I could have and arranged a wonderful fruit plate that was freshly prepared in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

While I was swimming, Mrs Najia came up to me and offered to give me a foot massage she told me that it was free, I agreed, she proceeds to give me an amazing massage. She was a very skilled, I am delighted that there is such a wonderful staff that works and serves the people with gratitude and expertise.thank you, Mrs Najia and thank you Movenpick.

Mrs.Najia, is an excellent masseuse, she took the initiative to give me a foot massage by the pool and it was really relaxing and professional, I am really amazed by the expertise of the staff and the view, I am really grateful for this experience. Thank you Mrs Najia and thank you Movenpick.

We have had such an amazing stay at the hotel. We came with our 21 month old daughter and every single member of staff was so kind to her, it was lovely and we felt so welcome. It is a great hotel for families. The breakfast was wonderful and anything that you want is pretty much available, we didn’t feel rushed at all and were able to have a relaxed experience. We had dinner at the restaurants and we can’t fault them, all of the food was delicious. The hotel is in a great location and is absolutely spotless. The staff are what makes this hotel stand out, there are too many to name but each and every one is special and fabulous at hospitality. We will be returning again to this hotel and the wonderful Marrakesh. Thank you so much.
