Excellent experience at the resort. Our room was not quite ready when we arrived on Jan 11, and this was resolved most satisfactorily by the guest relations manager on duty (I think Abu Bakir) and receptionist (Ayoub). Absolutely five star service. Breakfast is also very much five star. Many options especially for vegetarians. One live station. Breakfast can get very busy so suggest going either at the start or towards the end of the breakfast times (6:30-10:30). Excellent service from all the staff including Sami. The location of the resort is a bit far from the medina but similar to other five star international hotels. There is a daily chocolate selection between 5-6pm.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. Initially we had a very rocky start. The only reason I am giving this hotel a 5 star review is because the hotel supervisor was a gem to work with. I would like to acknowledge Lahcen for going out of his way to make our family’s stay was amazing. He took care of every issue we had immediately and made sure we left satisfied with our visit. It’s not everyday that a supervisor gives you his personal contact info to ensure that everything is addressed instantly. It meant a lot to our family because we felt welcomed as it was our first time in Morocco. The location of the hotel is phenomenal. It’s so close to an amazing little city center called M avenue. This place is filled with shops and restaurants and just a lovely atmosphere. The hotel itself is an older property and has visible signs of wear and tear. If you’re looking for a lovely room, I would highly recommend booking the deluxe room or higher. Our room was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Very spacious and adequate for a family of four. Najia offered an impromptu foot massage by the adult pool. It was a most wonderful experience that left me fully refreshed after a long day’s walk around the medina. The hotel itself is an oasis of calm and the spa is delightful. I cannot recommend it enough.

Was at the adult pool and Najia (from the hotel Spa) came along and gave me a fantastic foot and leg massage. What a result! Great service here. I’m definitely going to book in for a massage at the Spa. Happy Days. This is a lovely hotel to properly relax in.

LOVE THIS HOTEL - awesome helpful friendly staff, wonderful new gym (amazing trainers) and spa, pools, and stunning environment. Ideal for a solo traveller as attracts nice people. A taxi ride to the medina and walkable to the fancy M Avenue for meals.
