Excellent location with easy access to main attractions and historical sites Beautiful grounds and facilities. We booked bed and breakfast which was sufficient for us as we typically load up early in the morning - the breakfast was varied and delicious - before setting off for the day. Main takeaway were the attentive and hospitable staff particularly Ayoub, Sami, Nouhaila and very approachable gym instructor! Also worth mentioning the two excursions we booked: 1) quad biking and camel riding which was great fun and then the highlight 2) a hot air balloon ride to catch the sunrise! Would highly recommend staying at the Movenpick as a hub to explore the wonderful Marrakesh!

Najia and Nouchra gave us an excellent massage at spa ô de rose by cinq mondes. It was 90 minutes of pure bliss. Spa Hospitality was excellent and it was lovely to lay by the pool after. Would highly recommend this experience if you’re staying at the Movenpick.

We stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel in Marrakech for a week and had a wonderful experience, thanks largely to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond for us. Our booking company made a mistake and didn’t pay for our stay, which left us worried and unsure how to resolve the situation. Hanane, the front desk manager, was incredible—she patiently helped us understand and resolve the issue with care and professionalism. Her assistance was invaluable, and we’re deeply grateful for her support. Mohamed, the tea attendant, was another standout. He gave us fantastic recommendations for local places to visit, helping us discover hidden gems. He also went the extra mile by assisting us with our luggage when no other staff were available. His kindness and initiative truly made a difference. The concierge team, especially the lady working there, was also fantastic. She suggested excellent restaurants and took care of all our bookings seamlessly. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel’s facilities were excellent. The heated pool, delicious breakfast, and well-equipped gym stood out. The location was perfect—centrally located for easy walking access to everything, yet tucked away from the main street, ensuring peace and quiet without traffic noise. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the amazing team at Mövenpick for making our stay so enjoyable. Their care and dedication made this trip truly unforgettable.

Our family stayed at the Movenpick in December this year and I'm afraid it was a very poor experience not just for a 5 star hotel but for any hotel. We had booked a room with a fold out bed for my daughter. The room was not there when we checked in, and we subsequently asked 6 times for the bed to be sent to the room - both over the phone and in person at the desk and each time we were assured it was coming. In the end I had to go again to the desk - my daughter by this point was exhausted as we had been travelling since 4am from London. For a hotel surely the absolute minimum is that you have a bed! Absolutely shocking. What was meant to be a relaxing break before Christmas was ruined by this experience. Just so poor - would avoid.

Exellent service in the hotel mansour eddahbi this is my secend time with my family.the pool is nice and clean. Najia from the spa is exellent.it's amazing and I feel like a new person.realy I caud stay here forever.I was lucky to stay in ths hotel. I highly recommend the service with Najia in the spa👍👍👍👍👍
