We just finished a seven-night stay at Mövenpick Jimbaran, and honestly, it was one of the best family holidays we’ve had. From start to finish, it felt like everything had been thoughtfully designed with families in mind, which made our time there so easy and enjoyable. The kids absolutely loved the Kids Club — there were loads of activities every day, and they couldn’t wait to go back each morning. It gave us some time to relax knowing they were entertained and well looked after. The swimming pool was a huge highlight too. We spent hours there every day, and it never got boring — it’s such a fun and well-maintained space for both kids and adults. We tried most of the restaurants on-site, but Adriana really stood out. The food was exceptional — fresh, beautifully presented, and genuinely delicious. It felt like a real gem within the hotel and added something quite special to our stay. What really set this trip apart, though, was the level of care we received as Accor members. The staff went above and beyond — remembering our names, checking in to see how our stay was going, and surprising us with little freebies at the pool and in our room. It made us feel genuinely valued and welcome. We were also really impressed by the management. It wasn’t just behind the scenes — Jan, the General Manager, was out and about every day, chatting with guests and staff alike. You could see the strong connection he had with his team, and that kind of leadership definitely showed in the overall vibe of the resort. And a very special mention has to go to Heny, the Guest Relations Officer. She was amazing. She made such a big effort to get to know our family and went out of her way to make our stay extra special. She was wonderful with our kids and made everything feel so personal and thoughtful. She’s a real gem. All in all, we had an unforgettable time at Mövenpick Jimbaran. We never felt bored or restless — there was always something to enjoy, and the warmth and attentiveness of the team made it feel like home. We’ll definitely be back.

Relax and Peaceful experience
What a relaxing experience... better than what I expected.. Tika did such an amazing full body massage.. I feel relaxed and peaceful.. never thought that I need this so much until she works on my body... Thank you.. I feel refreshed and ready to start with my busy life as a mom🙏 💖

Amazing Spa & staff!
I had a massage at the Arikipela Spa & Wellness Centre by masseuse Natalia which was just amazing! She was very professional, attentive & experienced. I will definitely swing by to get another massage whenever I get the chance!
