The perfect way to unwind
The spa was beautiful - such a relaxing beautiful space.i got the traditional Sanur massage with Tika and it was perfect. The pressure was strong enough to undo any tension I felt but also soothing enough to really relax into. I wish it could have gone longer! Tip - book ahead as I could only squeeze myself in for an hour treatment when I booked on the day.

Thank you so much! Comfort stay, helpful and friendly staff, fast service too. Completed with free yoga beginner lesson at morning with Mr Yoga, really nice, friendly and relaxing yoga to start your day. Recommended for stretching and energizing your day 👍👍 The pool is quite big, good, fun, happy to play with friends and kids here. The food are amazing, plenty options, breakfast, lunch, dinner all are great! The room is so comfy, good amenities, good pool view, you can see the beautiful sun from the balcony. Nice environment, secure and make you relaxed. The kids club is also with good facility and variant activities. They also have 24/7 gym completed with free water refill. The bunny needs more attention and nursing from the staff, but overall they are cute. They also have bee house there (non sting bee). Met Nala too, the new hotel brand ambassador. She's so cute ❤️ Thank you Mövenpick for the great stay experience 🥰🙏 well recommended hotel for family with kids, also friends.

Great hotel for the kids
Great hotel for the kids, many activities to participate in. but it kind of feels like organised chaos of a child care centre. Pool has a nice layout with plenty of water equipment for the kids to play on. Hotel too busy for the parents to book into the spa as you have to reserve a couple days ahead of time. Too busy to reserve a gazebo by the pool, same story. Gym is so small and again when the hotel is busy it is hard to get access when you want to use the equipment. Breakfast had a lot of choices. The kids club was completely overcrowded to be enjoyable and consequently it lost the personal touch. No fault of the staff but it was complete chaos with the amount of children coming and going. When comparing places such as the Renaissance or the Conrad, Movenpick doesn't quite get to the same standard. Would I stay again, probably not, at this price point, there are better options to go to.

Amazing massage experience
This is a review of the spa, I had the most wonderful massage! Tika was my masseuse, absolutely divine vibes. I have a chronic neck problem, she was very gentle. I'm an insomniac and almost fell asleep multiple times. Highly recommended if you're in Jimbaran Bay!
