Spa at Mövenpick Jimbaran Bali
I visited the spa at Mövenpick Jimbaran Bali for the second time during this vacation, and once again it was an excellent experience. This time I came on my own, and it was very relaxing and peaceful. Tika took care of my 90 minute full body massage, and she was wonderful. Her technique was professional, calming, and perfectly balanced. From start to finish, the treatment left me feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. The spa atmosphere is tranquil and welcoming, making it easy to completely switch off and enjoy the moment. I highly recommend this spa, and especially Tika, for anyone looking for a truly relaxing experience in Bali.

Humble staff
I visited Adriana Rooftop Bar again with my son, and once more it was a truly beautiful experience. The ambience, food, and drinks were all excellent—but what really stood out was the service. From the very beginning, the security personnel welcomed us with genuine smiles and humility. The hostess, Cindy, was warm and professional, and our waitress Dina took wonderful care of us throughout the afternoon. There was also another lovely young lady who served us with constant smiles—I regret that I couldn’t recall her name, but her kindness did not go unnoticed. A special mention to the manager as well: very humble, kind, and engaging. We had a great conversation about his experiences in Doha and Dubai, which added a personal touch to our dining experience. Thank you to the entire team for delivering such outstanding service. It made our visit truly memorable. We will definitely return soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding and genuinely heartfelt. A very special shout-out to Degus, Sharila, Ana and Tolha, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, along with the entire Mövenpick team — every single person was warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. They truly made it an amazing family experience. The resort is spotless and extremely well maintained. The pool area is fantastic, perfect for both adults and kids, and the location is ideal — very close to the beach and easy to get around. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. Overall, an exceptional experience with top-tier service. We felt truly looked after and would not hesitate to return.
