Bayu and Sudane you rock!

The staff were amazing, let us change rooms and constantly checked up on us multiple time to make sure we were happy and satisfied. The best part was when Bayu and Sudane gave us a great deal for the water scooter/jets and let us take it our for a test run and then a special deal for 1 hour, 10/10 top blokes, thanks for a great time!

Incredible Mijet Madura experience with Natalia and Tika

Pool staff and Yoga Instructors

The Pool Staff Sastra, Arun, Angus, Yoga, Batu and Sudana The staff are all so wonderful, friendly and helpful they are always willing to help and go out of their way to make myself and family feel very welcomed Yoga of a morning is fantastic and the Sastra makes it an enjoyable learning experience.

Water Scooters Rock

Sastra and Bayu were magical. They were very helpful and we had a great time with the under water scooter. The scooters were safe and kept the kids occupied while mum and dad relaxed in the pool . The crew at the hotel were very helpful and were able to talk the kids through the operations of the device :)

Amazing Spa

Stunning family resort, amazing service, had a spa treatment by Diari - feeling like a brand new person! All staff so friendly and accommodating. 5 yo had an ear infection, they arranged for a doctor to visit with medicine within 2 hours. Perfect place to actually relax with the realities of being on holiday with a young family.
