Amazing pool to enjoy with family.

Stayed as a family of 5 for 5 x nights in the interconnecting family room. Facilities here are really great. One of the best pools we have ever experienced, very easy to pass an entire day in the pool. Rooms were clean and very well made every day by the housekeeping team. Gym was well fitted and dry clean. Kids club was a bit underwhelming, we didn’t end up using it as much as we had planned, the kids found it a bit “boring”. Service in general could probably be a bit better. While it wasn’t “bad” it’s just not to the level of attention to detail and care we have experience elsewhere. Kids area at breakfast is a great little area for the kids to enjoy. The pizzas here are a standout food wise. Would definitely recommend. Location is only good if you plan on staying within resort, as not much around beyond the samasta village. Was a good stay but unsure if we would stay here again. If we did, it would only be for 3 nights.

Perfect relaxing massage 😌

Tika was amazing, very informative before the treatment and then the treatment was mind blowing, so relaxing. I had a foot reflexology and the oil, massage and even the hot towel to wipe the oil off. Attention to detail. Finished off with a ginger tea. Perfect x

Great Experience

This a great hotel. We enjoyed using the underwater scooter. The pools are the most extensive I have ever seen. Angus & Yoga & Sastra were so lovely & helpful! They even have free yoga in the mornings. Chocolate hour is fun for the kids. It’s all amazing here.

Very satisfied activities

This is first time to visit Movenpick and Pool areas.The service of water activities is great. This has been 3 times consecutively this stay Mivenpick. Special thanks for Yoga and Arik. Hope all other feel the same spirits as well. Thanks everyone

Excellent stay!

3rd times visit and never failed Our stay at Movenpick were always fantastic. The kids loved the playing area, huge swimming pool. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and super helpful. Special mention for Supratika, Sharila, Redi and Tolha. We especially appreciated to Housekeeping Team and amaze for the baby amenities when we forgot to bring it for our baby. The hotel's location was also convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
