MÖVENPICK RESORT & SPA JIMBARAN BALI

I had an incredible stay in Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali. From the pre arrival, the reservation team and front office team had already taken note of my request for honeymoon setup. Upon arrival, during stay and during check out, all the staff were incredibly welcoming to me and my wife, also, the food was delicious and the hotel was absolutely amazing. A special thank you to Ngurah from the reservation team, Nugi and Esa at the reception, Ricky from in-room dining and Dikna Kroll from the front office team for arranging an unforgettable stay with a beautiful honeymoon setup and amenities. Great service comes from great people.

Just finished an amazing massage with Dairi in the Arkipela spa and wellness. The facilities are amazing, the staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly, and the 90 mins sasak massage was one of the best massages of my life. Thanks to Dairi for the treatment and to all the team at Arkipela for the amazing experience

Our family of four had a lovely week at the Mövenpick. My kids couldn’t believe their eyes walking into Chocolate Hour! Our favourite were the bombalonis! We spent every day in the pool, and the kids had a blast with the inflatable playground and slides. They also loved speeding around the pool on the electronic kickboard - special thanks to Mr Yoga at the pool hire for looking after us! We loved going for cocktails and tacos at the colourful Mexican place upstairs 💃 shout-out to the amazing Sharila from the GRO team for the handcrafted treats and messages and for making my husband’s birthday extra special! The kids club was fantastic (although it was hard to get the kids out of the pool), and the gym was clean and well equipped. The only downside is that we felt there wasn’t as much in walking distance as other areas of Bali we’ve stayed in previously (Seminyak, Canggu and Nusa Dua) and the surrounding streets are not very pedestrian friendly especially when walking with kids. But our main goal was pool and relaxing time and this resort was perfect for that!

We cannot reccomend this resort enough. Worth every penny. The facility is well designed and thoughtfully developed to make it the perfect family holiday resort! On top of the beautifully serene environment, kids play area and kids club, the staff were amazing! They genuinely go above and beyond for you and they love kids! My toddler loved every single staff member and each staff member was so welcoming and accomodating. Honestly we cannot wait for our next family trip to Bali and to return to this resort, it made travelling with a 18month old so much easier, as everything is at your doorstep and everyone is happy to help. A big thank you to Arik (the pool guy), Lola and colleagues at the kids club, Nadya from Accor Vacation Club and Heny who graciously welcomed us with her big smile everytime. Nailah will miss you all very much.
