Relaxation at its best in Bali
I had the most relaxing Balinese massage by the beautiful Diari. Very welcomimg space, the whole experience at Arkipela Spa is nothing short of amazing. I will definitely be back before the end of our trip. Feeling wonderful. Thank you, Diari x 🌺

Incredible Spa & Massage experience
We were actually staying at a different hotel in Jimbaran for a wedding, but got tipped off by a fellow guest that the massages and experience were far better at the Arkipela Spa at the Movenpick resort. We're so glad we took that advice! My partner had the 60 minute reflexology with Rina, and I had a 60 minute Traditional Sasak massage with Diari. We loved that we were able to receive different treatments at the same time in the same couples room. Attention to detail was excellent from the moment we arrived, from asking us for our preferences and history, offering us drinks pre and post treatment, and giving us a choice of which essentials oils to use. It's a beautiful venue that immediately creates a sense of calm, matched only by the attentive service and quality of treatment. The Movenpick hotel staff were incredibly helpful and had no issues looking after our luggage for us, even though we weren't staying with the hotel. We are looking at coming back again before have to head to the airport!

Best holiday ever!
We stayed here for 4 nights, and I can safely say that it is not enough! From the moment we were picked up from the airport, to our last day, we were showered with constant love and care. We booked the Jimbaran Pool Suite, and it was luxurious! Massive room with an infinity pool. We spent hours here, enjoying the view of the resort pool. The pool managers were gracious to accommodate our request for a float to be used in the room, big shoutout to Agus and Saputra, they arranged all of this hassle free. The indoor playground Meera is amazing! The staff, super attentive. My daughter got her braids done here and they were super friendly. We also took the nanny service with Dayu, she was unbelievable with managing my daughter. We exclusively dined in the resort, at the Anrasa restaurant and were blown away with the quality. Each meal was meticulously presented and made with so much love! Special mention to Arni who helped arrange puree for my infant, super friendly and accommodating. Heny, you took the reins and graciously offered to look after my infant so we could enjoy our meal, this gesture means the world to us, thank you! We hired a private chauffeur for 3 hours on one of the days to search for extra luggage, the driver (forgot his name) used his local knowledge to take us to a cheaper local alternative. It turned out to be the best advise! We saved and had plenty of time to spare to enjoy a meal out. The duty manager, Krisna, you made our entire stay an amazing memory. You took care of us so graciously, thank you so much! Highly recommended to stay here a minimum 4 nights and enjoy all that Mövenpick has to offer. If you get the opportunity to stay in the Jimbaran pool suite, do it! We will definitely be coming back again soon!

Terrific massage treatment
Having a great time at the resort. My wife and I visited the Arkipella wellness and spa for a 60 minute whole body massage. Great facility and Natalia did an amazing job. Really good pressure and so relaxing. Head massage was next level. Well worth the visit.

Great stay at Movenpick
We had great time at Movenpick resort. Pool facilities are excellent for kids,my kids didn't want to leave. Big thanks to Heny, Bayu and Sudana who provided exceptional customer service to us. Great job, guys!!! We will definitely be back.
