I received an amazing traditional massage from Ika - after an hour, I felt rejuvenated and relaxed. She is fantastic and I cannot wait to return.

This was the most lovely experience to finish my Bali holiday with. Thank you Artini for your kind care of me - I think this was the best massage I had on holiday - very relaxing! And I’m feeling like a princess after the scrub!

Stayed here for five days with a friend and our two children, and overall we had a really enjoyable experience. What we loved The resident dogs — Alpha, Narla and Salt — were a huge highlight. Our kids chose to go to the kids club each day just to see them, which says it all. We’ve never stayed at a hotel with resident dogs before and it made the experience feel extra special. It would have been nice to see them walking around more instead of 2 set times of 30 minutes. The pool was fantastic — large, well maintained, and full of fun inflatables that both the kids and adults enjoyed. Water aerobics only ran on the last day of our stay, but it was a lot of fun and even the kids joined in. The instructor was great and created such a fun atmosphere. The food was consistently good quality. Breakfast offered a wide variety, although it would have been nice to see more vegetable-based noodle options rather than some of the heavier dinner-style dishes like teriyaki chicken. The Mexican restaurant was amazing! Definitely worth a visit. What could be improved The main downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Doors slamming throughout the night regularly disturbed our sleep, and a soft-close option would make a big difference. Unfortunately, some guests were also quite noisy late at night. There was also a lot of noise coming from outside the resort — dogs barking and howling through the night, and roosters waking us early each morning. The rooms themselves were lovely, but the noise issues really affected our rest. Another frustration was being repeatedly chased by staff to sign bills throughout the day. On several occasions they even followed us back to our room from the pool if we hadn’t signed straight away. Since we had requested all charges be placed on our room tab, it would have been much more convenient to sign everything at the end of the day rather than feeling like we weren’t trusted. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel that is clearly well suited to families with children. If the noise issues were addressed, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We are from Australia and had the most amazing family holiday in Bali while staying at the Movenpick Resort in Jimbaran. We booked thru luxury escapes and upgraded to an overindulgence package which it certainly was!!! The food was incredibly delicious with super healthy/ very generous portions. Each massage we had as part of our LE package was beautifully performed by different therapists and overall the Movenpick service was just amazing. The hotel facilities are immaculately maintained and everybody is super friendly. We travelled with 4 children ages 9,6,3 & 1 staying for Christmas/ New Year’s/ our 16th wedding anniversary and 40th birthday celebrations! So we certainly had our plate full! On our second morning at the buffet breakfast we had the pleasure of meeting Heny from guest relations ☺️ We wanted to specifically mention her as she took our holiday from a 10/10 to a 12/10 😄 She assisted us with everything from taking children to feed the fish or kids club, booking tours, coordinating transfers, organising professional family photography, where to locally get medical supplies, fresh foods/fruits delivered to our room.. specifically when she found out that our son wasn’t feeling well and had an upset tummy she had ginger and honey sent to our room and he was better within 24 hours. We will most certainly be back this year! 🙏🏼😊 We have a new home away from home 🥰🤗

Extreme relaxation. Enjoyed a few fabulous 60min traditional Bali massages in a week long family stay on a luxury escapes package. Wonderful spa facilities with dedicated, respectful staff. Each massage followed a well defined process. Refreshing drink before being led to a well appointed private room, with toilet and shower, to change into provided disposable underwear and robe. Then a sea salt leg scrub and full massage, back then front, followed by ginger tea in the foyer. Optional sauna and steam room before or after. Each of the eight masseuses that attended to our adult family over the week deserving of our praise. Book a day or more ahead for a couples massage at your preferred time. We found mid to late afternoon was great but they have late appointments at 645 and 8pm if you are after a relaxing way to end your day.
