MÖVENPICK RESORT & SPA JIMBARAN BALI

Our short getaway at Mövenpick Jimbaran was absolutely perfect! From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were impressed by the elegant design and warm hospitality. The blend of modern luxury with Balinese touches created a serene and inviting atmosphere. The check in process took a while since its on holiday season but was efficient and smooth. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a private balcony overlooking the lush gardens and lagoon-style pool. The resort’s pool area was a highlight—expansive, beautifully designed, and perfect for lounging or swimming. The kids’ pool and water slide added an extra element of fun for families, though it remained peaceful enough for couples to enjoy. We enjoyed welcome drink at Adrian, rooftop bar made our stay memorable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. For a short getaway, Mövenpick Jimbaran exceeded all expectations. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, great food, or a family-friendly escape.

We (my wife and I) stayed at the Movenpick from 23/12/24 - 05/01/25 and found that this hotel was totally not suitable for couples. We were hoping to enjoy a peaceful holiday and found the place full of screaming kids. Parents would take their babies and toddlers into the pool with them which did not seem hygienic to us. All the pools were open to kids (why wasn't there an adult only pool?) and there were not enough lounges to go around. They had cabanas which cost $20 per day which took up a lot of room. The pool water was not clean, and I am still suffering from a sore throat. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. In my eyes Movenpick had a great reputation but did not live up to our expectations. So, if you are a family with babies, toddlers, or pre-school kids enjoy but if you are a couple stay-away.

the best service, amazing facilities and views, we did a yoga lesson with Yoga and it was a great way to start a morning of rest and relaxation- we’ve stayed here twice already and it has never disappointed is any area, highly recommend this resort!

First off, we were given early check-in as our flight to Bali was in the morning so the kids were able to enjoy the amenities right away such as cupcake decorating at the Kids’ Club as well as the Chocolate Hour at the lounge. We loved the giant inflatable installation in one of their pools. Public beach was a short 5min walk, but we didn’t stay long there. I was surprised with a cake and a birthday greeting on our mirror on our second day, after we got back from lunch. There are many food establishments right outside Movenpick’s property so you will not run out of options. Finally on our last day, I enjoyed a 30min free yoga session with our instructor aptly named Yoga!

Really pleasant hotel with great facilities for families travelling with children. I would highly recommend this resort. There are also multiple dining options in close proximity to the hotel and the staff are easy to deal with and helpful.
