MÖVENPICK RESORT & SPA JIMBARAN BALI

I stayed in several Movenpick in different countries and their service is always great. However, Movenpick Bali is on another level. Their attentiveness, kindness, and help left me in awe. Everyone were so warm and I felt like a family. Special thanks to Mbak Indah who assisted me upon arrival, super friendly and nice! She upgraded my room and my late check-out request was granted. Also, I really like the welcome fruit and hand-written welcome card. It's very touching. I like the hotel's location. Quiet and private but with good facilities. You can find ATM nearby and they even have Krisna Shop nearby which is a big plus! The hotel also smells so good, room is big, bed and pillows are comfortable. Cleanliness was great and the aloe vera in the bathroom was very thoughtful! Highly recommended especially for families! I can't wait to comeback!

I'm writing to express my deepest gratitude to your team at Jimbaran for making our stay a memorable one. Though there were some hiccups during the check-in, your team members handled it in a very professional manner with minimum inconvenience caused. Firstly the reservation and the front reception team were immaculate in handling my special requests, and the room decoration for my daughter's 5th Birthday. The floral decorations, the cakes, the mirror art and the towel decoration were very thoughtfully prepared by Sharila, Eka, Sumartini, Ayuni and HK. Secondly, Ms Rahel Rosella was very prompt and courteous in handling our requests and ensuring our room was being prepared specifically to our daughter's birthday theme decorations. She was very kind and following up frequently to ensure our stay was comfortable and up to expectations. She even went the extra mile, to assist securing a late check out for us as a kind gesture. The team at the restaurant, the swimming pool and the kids club were very welcoming with sincere smile at all times. Overall, we had an amazing experience at the Movenpick resort. The rooms, the cleanliness, the staff service, the SPA experience, and the food were all exceeding expectations. We will definitely return again to Movenpick and give our strongest recommendation to our peers and friends. Terima Kasih.

Relaxing and invigorating experience. Rina was Fantastic at both the massage and facial I had. Would definitely return and Ask for her again. Spa itself is beautiful and tranquil. I left feeling thoroughly relaxed and tranquil and looking forward to another visit

Booked the massage during the holiday stay at movenpick. Cozy environment for facial massage. Comfort and relaxing. Thank you Adela! Welcome drink and the after massage ginger drink were also taste good and natural. Complimentary sauna access if you had a treatment here too.
