Movenpick Al Mamzar

Good hotel but has some issues regarding cleaning as well as the windows not being soundproof which allows a lot of the sound to come in the room.

Outstanding service from the hotel’s staff, we had an amazing stay and suit feel like we had to be on top of things all was smooth. Shout out to Abdellatif who was remarkably helpful and very knowledgeable he tailored our stay and since the day 1 we were amazed about how all our needs were met and how much we were grateful. The ambiance of the place, the food and the atmosphere were amazing 🤩 definitely coming back. Thank you 😊

I had an outstanding stay at Movenpick Almamzar. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. Abdel at the front desk went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and even provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping my room spotless throughout my stay. Exceptional service all around I highly recommend Movenpick Almamzar

Hotels is good but there's a few issues with cleanliness and other issue with service being late. As well as window glass in the room isn't soundproof.

We chose to stay in this hotel because it's close to the airport. The room is big but outdated & dark. There's a washing machine, but they don't supply the detergent. The hotel is far from the shopping or metro station. Hotel staff were nice & helpful. Noise from the function room at night was quite loud
