Beautiful place (not our first time) but writing to express sincere appreciation to Ezzeldin Jamal. Super helpful and dedicated. An bodiment for passionate employees. Despite the hot weather, long distances and too many queries he continued to serve with enthusiasm and care.

Amazing 2 days stay (room 2005)with my family from Dubai; amazing facilities for the kids such a water slides, water sports which is affordable and absolutely fun. Staff are amazingly helpful and attentive at all times yet professional. special thanx to HK staff Yoga who go beyond his duty to help my daughter with her need. YOU ARE THE STAR YOGA, and thanx Hubert for delivering it personally to our door. Breakfast menu however wasn’t up to standard 5 start hotel, not many options available, kinda messy but overall Yasa made our day with great capuchino.
