Unforgettable Stay
hotel offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with convenient access to amenities such as the pool, beach, and restaurant. I had a wonderful stay at Movenpick Gouna. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel’s amenities, such as the pool and onsite restaurant, added to the overall experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation in the area."

Unfortunate experience with Movenpick management
The hotel is very nice, the staff are excellent. However, my wife is diabetic and I use a walking stick, I asked for diet drinks in the minibar and they refused saying that I had to walk to the bar to get a diet drink. I had paid for all inclusive, hence I don't understand why was that the case. They made my life a little difficult for no good reason. I went there to relax and not to be treated as if I am in a school. Furthermore they initially did not give me the DeLuxe room I had paid for and I had to go back to reception to obtain the correct room which was excellent. They also tried to make me pay for the minibar when I was all inclusive. I obviously did not pay and they finally cancelled it. That was disappointing as the hotel and the staff are excellent. They spoiled my holiday with stupid things mentioned above.

It was a great trip. The hotel is very cozy and relaxing. Every thing is near pool, beach and, restaurant etc. the staff is very helpful, professional and friendly. A very special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Helmy food and beverage manager for his exceptional and wonderful support. He's always around moving from table to table welcoming guests. I had and incident with my 5 yrs old son and missed dinner time so, i spoke with him and without hisitation he order to setup a table for me and my family and almost all restaurant staff were serving us with "smiling faces" he even took my number to check on me if i got home safely. Really a wonderful person i'm so glad i got to know him and i wish him all the best

We have visited ElGouna for 27 yrs ! Staying in various hotels in our early years .We always favoured the MOVENPICK . The standards are so good … so we choose MOVENPICK in many other countries too. We then became VILLA OWNERS IN EL GOUNA for 16 yrs . El Gouna is in Our heart ! However we now feel it’s time to enjoy HOTEL holidays ! We’ve Sold the Villa. All our FAMILY. LOVE EL GOUNA , Movenpick Offers high standards , very attentive service, beautiful surroundings gardens , facilities . Food is of a high standard . Breakfast. They serve an amazing SWISS BISCHERMUESLI . Tarek. Is a F & B Manager who I remember working here over 20 yrs ago ! He asked chef to give me recipe ! Yummy ! Staff stay here loyal and attentive ! Rooms all have lovely views. We KNOW how hard it is to MAINTAIN a property in the DESERT ! So sometimes it’s not perfect but they try ! The experience of a lifetime
This resort was stunning. The people were amazing, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Our server, Wagdy, did a phenomenal job, and we were able to connect with him in such a way, which made the service all that more memorable. He is the server of a lifetime, and this place has the service of a lifetime. I would not have enjoyed my time as much as I did without Wagdy and these memories are the memories of a lifetime.
