A wonderful experience!
We've been here for 3 days and we are already so happy. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are there for any need you have, we couldn't be happier. I simply must mention the receptionist Haroun and the waiter on the beach Hishem (he is si nice and helpful!!) Of course the hotel is beautiful, but without the personnel it wouldn't have its soul and charm. I really hope the hotels treat their staff well - because they deserve it!

High quality service
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Sousse. The rooms are spacious, and cleaned twice a day, but the entire hotel and surrounding area is very clean. The hotel has everything you need, gym, spa several restaurants and even a hair salon. The staff is absolutely amazing, everyone is always smiling and special thanks to Hishem by the pool and Selimane in the buffe restaurant who very attentive and kind. Everyone is helpful in fact. Will most definitely return soon

Total disappointment – Not recommended!!
We are currently staying at this all-inclusive resort and, unfortunately, the experience is far below expectations. The food is extremely limited – mostly rice, lacking both variety and flavor. For a resort that promotes itself as all-inclusive, it is unacceptable that sometimes there isn't enough food for all guests. The service is poor. You wait an extremely long time for a simple drink, and the staff either forgets or ignores your requests. On the beach, no one comes to ask if you want something to drink, and when we asked for a bottle of water at the table, it simply never arrived. Guests without an all-inclusive package, who pay per order, are clearly treated better, which is insulting to those of us who paid a large sum in advance expecting full service. The pool bar is dirty, and the glasses used for drinks are sticky and visibly unwashed. You seriously don’t feel comfortable drinking from them. It’s disgusting – especially for a place that claims to be a 5-star resort. I deeply regret choosing this place and truly believe it is not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone, especially if you expect decent services for a high price. We paid a lot and got very little – not even water.

A BEAUTIFUL hotel
We stayed in June and had the best time! The resort is absolutely beautiful and right on the beach which has loads of water activities and things to do. The staff were incredible — so friendly and attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special shoutout to Kamel and Walid in particular for always looking after us by the pool and making sure we were staying hydrated whether that be with cocktails, tea/coffee or ice cold bottled water. Delicious food in all the restaurants and lots of choice and options available. Super spacious and comfy rooms too. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Tunisia!❤️🇹🇳
