I had a very nice stay at this hotel , everything was amazing, i would like to thank everyone there especially a young coach named EYA she was very friendly and professional , i had so much fun with her , i would definitely recommend going there .

No air con in a supposed top hotel
Sadly the hotel has gone downhill since being taken over. No air conditioning was a major problem. Our first hiccup was coming through security to be told that our speaker box - a small one - had to be left at the concierge as did our cool bag as neither was allowed on the premises. Warning to anyone arriving with duty free! Not a welcome to our establishment . I fully understand that they don’t want off site food and drink brought in, but it all felt like a police interrogation. Service in the bar was slow and poor on both evenings. Highlight is the Japanese restaurant, which although entered through the hotel, is off site managed. That probably says it all. The room was adequate both with really bad lighting, difficult to see in the evening when we were getting dressed for a gala dinner, and no air conditioning.

Very good Service, exelente cleaning, clean rooms, espetacular view, Nice personal, Excelente housekeeping thank You ehssen My maid and hanen the chef for your assistance . All the days it was a perfect stay, allá the good and the great personal make to have beautiful days.

Spa
Had a 25 min foot massage and 25 min back massage with Imen. Very relaxing. Good amount of pressure. Really lovely experience. Thankyou. Plenty of treatments available. May go back again for something different. Pool ok but salty unfortunately.

Amazing guest relations and wonderful Tunisian experience
The guest relations in Tunisia led by Lobna is absolutely amazing!! She's always their to help and does her absolute best to give you the best experience possible,she helped with change of room and when things werent working she replaced and listened to all worries and concerns and took action immediately.shes a joy and was best in the place but tunisia in general is different to other places visited .The place is lovely and clean and you could ask for help when needed.Its been a wonderful trip, the staff in general are kind and speak English,French and Arabic,which didn't see in many other places like Turkey where people were sometimes unhelpful. The pools are clean and views are great and beach is one step away.Everyone is respectful and the spa and Hammam the prices are absolutely great and you'll never find anywhere else. Movenpick sousse thankyou and definetly would visit again!!
