Unfortunately we expect a good quality service but we are disappointed We arrive at midnight and we receive our room after more than 3 hours. Below our story : First room, horrible smell . Call reception and react after 30 minutes Second room, waiting in front of the door looking for key or a pass. After 25 minutes they force the door and surprise a Guest in the room (sorry it’s a mistake they said) you can imagine those action at 2AM Final room, more than 30 min waiting time. as expected room not ready, smell of smoke …. Horrible experience 😱
What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. The room was clean and very comfortable ( many thanks to Sabrine 🩷) , with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay pleasant , especially Brahim 💙which made our breakfast and lunch more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sousse.
Stay: 06 to 08 June | 2 families, 8 persons, 4 rooms We stayed at this hotel for a short break with two families (8 people, 4 rooms). Overall, our experience was average. The first day was a bit disappointing — the food selection was very limited, which did not meet our expectations. On the second day, we had to wait 45 minutes for deck chairs by the pool, which was quite frustrating. However, the food quality significantly improved on the second and third days — meals were good and better organized. The rooms are spacious and very clean, which was a big plus for us. Unfortunately, on the third day, we found that all our rooms were locked at 11:45, even though we hadn't checked out yet. We had to go to reception to have them unlocked — an unnecessary inconvenience. One major downside was the price of food and beverages, which we found to be exaggerated and not in line with the quality or portions offered. In summary, the hotel has potential — the rooms are nice and the food improved, but poor service experiences and high prices made our stay just average.
Painful check in as they gave us different prices but got there in the end Our cleaner Nasirah was brilliant Overall the facilities are average for a 5* hotel. Gym is extremely small and has no air conditioning or wifi. Pool is small for the amount of guests hotel. Beach is good, has water sports nearby Breakfast is the same everyday but is adequate
My experience is actually close to 5 everything was top. Rooms were clean and modern. Very nice swimming pools indoor and outdoor. The food was great and plentiful. My only annoyance was with the servers who did offer even water for dinner and said that you have to pay for water. I paid for half board including breakfast and dinner. What is interesting is that regular water, juices, and even infused water were available for free at breakfast!
