Painful check in as they gave us different prices but got there in the end Our cleaner Nasirah was brilliant Overall the facilities are average for a 5* hotel. Gym is extremely small and has no air conditioning or wifi. Pool is small for the amount of guests hotel. Beach is good, has water sports nearby Breakfast is the same everyday but is adequate
My experience is actually close to 5 everything was top. Rooms were clean and modern. Very nice swimming pools indoor and outdoor. The food was great and plentiful. My only annoyance was with the servers who did offer even water for dinner and said that you have to pay for water. I paid for half board including breakfast and dinner. What is interesting is that regular water, juices, and even infused water were available for free at breakfast!
Very helpful staff. Excellent choice and quality of food. Beautiful hotel. Although Sousse was not really my kind of place more for beach lovers I think, it was compensated by the wonderful hotel experience. The staff were very helpful, for example,there was a noisy nightclub facing our room and the staff changed our room immediately. The food was excellent and caters for everyone. If you are into beach holidays then I would recommend this hotel.
If there was less then 1 star i would choose it.. this rating only for the two best workers in the whole hotel consierge KAIS and room service NACiRA. We booked a 3 person room and it was so narrow so we wanted to upgrade it.. they said we dont have any suites and we had to pay an extra room.. yet there wasn’t any information spreading around the staff and when we was in the restaurant for dinner every one had to ask the same question about the room and the dinner.. we explained million times and at the end they bring the check with extra dinner to pay! The AC was not working and we had to call for one hour till someone came to fix it They had planned an external event on the weekend in the afternoon while people where there to relax in the spa we had to head the crushing of ceramic and screaming of the attendees of the event! The AC during normal days wasn’t working in the restaurant until this event was held so they opened it when visitors came! We asked for a cup with ice and the waiter said the soda is already cold why do you need ice!! Everyone was hating themselves during serving dinner! It was truly a shame .. only those two kind workers .. We definitely will not be back
Very nice hotel. Good location. Our room 4124 had an ideal location for my husband's limited mobility, near the elevator, restaurants, spa and beach. The bathroom vas also very confortible especialy for my husbend' nide. Very frendly staff. I woud especoally like to commend Mr. Adel, weither in the Mozaik restaurant.
