Mövenpick Sousse

The hotel is fairly new with good facilities. The restaurant and pool bar staff are rude, would argue with costumers, among themselves and are absolutely incapable of doing their job. The pool bar and restaurant staff is not trained to work at a 5star hotel. Made us feel unwelcomed and wanting to leave hotel as soon as possible. We where witnesses to number of incidents where the pool bar waiters will dump people belongings of the beach beds and to the ground and then bring the same beds to newcomer customers which are not staying at the hotel but pay some sort of fee to use the hotel’s facilities. The hotel and its facilities are good, staff makes the stay unbearable.

I Ve been in suite number 3070 very good service excellent housekeeping especially we had to meet our wonderful SARRA who had made our experience at the hotel much better with her very nice smile . Overall everything was as expected,I really recommend this hotel with no regrets Thank you moving pick

سرقة و تحيل من النادلين . They didn’t show us our bill just they tell us oral and they add money for them. They are very rude. Im not living there but I will never go back to this place 👎👎👎 Before hiring staff check their cv and teach them to not stole the customers big flopppp

The majority of the staff is poorly trained and speaks very rudely to customers. The food is often of poor quality. To get a spot at the pool, it's better to pay the person in charge of the parasols in cash. It's impossible to order food from outside, and there is no room service available once the often subpar buffet is over. Additionally, I was told that I had to reserve a spot to watch the France-Spain semi-final of Euro 2024. As a result, I couldn't watch the match with my family. I'm certain this person told me this just to get money from me. The pool is old, and the tiles are damaged, which caused my 4-year-old son to hurt his foot. In summary, I really do not recommend this place.

really nice stay, as usual :-) if I have time I stay at this hotel 2 times a year in June and in September, this time i did have really nice room and even really nice welcome letter from hotel. My stay was really all good, thx to really nice stuff, my room was nice and clean thx to Sara, I really like her way of making sure I have all i need in my room. at the beach i really want to say big special thanks to Saber, Walid, Kamel and security guys at beach, cause i was alone they did make sure all my belongings did stay safe :-) I am looking forward to my next trip in September. Just little problem was food special at dinner time I remember better times, well hopefully in September would be better. Special thanks to Adel who did make sure my breakfast was really good, really good service from his side. Special thanks to ppl. from Aga cafe I always have the best time there :-)
