Avoid movenpick
Well from day one Tunisia is absolutely big no no to go to from what I see So we arrived at the airport Cartage no one meet me here and I was waiting someone to transfer so waited 2hrs Hotel Movenpick is not 5 star well according to misery outside probably deserves them Staf doesn't made me feel welcome here Facilities not the best Swimming pool was dirty then they cleaned it but left all muk inside Spa is with see water in pool Dinner breakfast with our package Some staff rude and for some reason called me friend which made feel absolutely terrible And today After 2 days of asking for transfer to airport they told me is not their business to organise by myself Food is just basic at restaurant and no tissues and water provided you must pay water I am hoping to get home safe tomorrow Unfortunately this hotel doesn't cover what is on the picture surprising they filming here whole week Recommended to no one especially beach area dirty with horse donkey camel poo ect sand bad to walk on not safe I spend nearly 900e City tax here 25e Use bold or id app for taxis they are on another lever

Fantastic experience, amazing Hotel and beautiful atmosphere.
Absolutely beautiful Hotel, sea view room close enough there's an ambience from the sounds of the ocean in our bedroom 24/7, peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and a spa that is wonderful to cater to all. Guest Relations Manager Lobna, ensured we had the perfect stay catering for all our needs, smiles every day and a very positive attitude, for our sons first birthday she made reservations at a very beautiful restaurant and by her request had a special meal made for our son as well as had a birthday cake arranged for the meal and a singer who sang "Happy Birthday" it was a very beautiful evening and was all down to the recommendations and planning of the Guest Relations Manager. The hotel is very large but the staff are very happy and positive, very accommodating and helpful for any request with lots of patience.

Fantastic guest relations manager
Fantastic experience with Lobna the guest relations manager. I’ve travelled to many places around the world and never had a guest relations manager and it is very much needed! Lobna is very attentive, helped us celebrate our son’s first birthday, very professional and friendly. If we had any issues or questions Lobna went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Would 110% recommend as long as Lobna is a part of the experience!

Best hotel in Sousse
My experience at the Movenpick is always of the highest quality. I appreciate the beautiful design of the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff. I also enjoyed the fresh breakfast available. It's truly the best place to stay in Sousse. Look forward to visiting again soon!

A good decision
This was my first visit to Tunisia and overall I was a bit disappointed. But staying at the Movenpick in Sousse was a great decision. It's a very beautiful setting; well located and all kept in very good condition and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely keen to make sure everything was to my liking. Everyone was great, but Abel in the Breakfast Buffet stood out for his service. If I needed to go bac kto Sousse, I'd have no hesitation staying at the Movenpick.
