Fantastic service everyone to wish for
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the reception team always greets you with a smile. They go above and beyond to accommodate all requests, making you feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with its excellent service, makes for a truly memorable experience. Exceptional service
The hotel was cleaned and amazing room thank you for the staff housekeeping front office and specially moorthy and Kim. The service is very extremely excellent. We will recommend this hotel to our friends

Amazing hotel
I came on this hotel for how many times and I really like it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and amazing specially moorthy. The ambience is good and restaurants had very delicious food . Definitely I will come back again and bring my family

IFTARrific Experience!!!
Definitely, one of the most terrific and best IFTAR experiences I’ve ever had in Dubai. There’s a lot of food choices in the buffet table and unlimited drinks of your choice; the venue is so spacious; and the ambience and set up is very pleasing and so inviting. What I loved the most are their staffs, who are very assistive and very entertaining. They’ve even given us a complimentary platter of cooked-salmon sushi!!! I’ve enjoyed the fried ice cream as well! Definitely, I’ll keep coming back to Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan for another IFTARrific Experience next year!!! Thank you so much!!!

Excellent service
The best hotel in Dubai and the staff was amazing and extremely excellent service. More than five star hotel the food is very delicious. Wang and kim is very helpful and nice smile,,, thnks also to chef Ana’s for the delicious Arabic sweet and other chef doing good. Front office staff was also amazing. Definitely we will come back
