The room was quiet
As I usually have an overnight stay at FRA airport only, I try to book a hotel next to the airport, but this time almost everything was sold out, so that‘s why I decided to stay at the Mövenpick hotel next to the trade fair. Check in was quickly done, but I was not offered a welcome drink, which I am entitled to due to my membership of their loyalty program. Once in the room, I could have a good rest, as inside it was very quiet without any noise from the streets or adjacent rooms. The room was good in size, had a comfortable bed and was clean, except the area, where the antiquated kettle (base fixed on a white tray) was standing on a piece of glass with dirt and dust underneath. Nevertheless I would choose this hotel again in the future.

Rude front desk staff at Movenpick Frankfurt (7am 10/11/22)
Checked out on the morning of 10/11. Very rude front desk staff with no manners at all- threw my credit card and receipt on the table- they don’t even know how to say ‘thank you’ after a guest stays with them. First and last time with Movenpick Frankfurt.

Terrible hotel and terrible service
It’s a terrible hotel , terrible service and bad value of money the only good thing worth mentioning is the good location Next to Messe and subway The reception desk and check in are rude and not professional , breakfast options and cleanliness are terrible in addition to the service every one staying in the hotel was complaining . The rooms aren’t clean as well especially the toilets. Besides all of that the hotel isn’t cheap never going to stay in this hotel again and not recommended.

I am a tour operator and I was a guest ( Hosted Buyer Imex) in this hotel for business. The hotel was very close to the Messe exhibition center and for this reason it was very comfortable but the structure is in need of refurbishment, the furnishings are very cold in style and the staff not very helpful. The bad thing was the breakfast not included in the hospitality that I received and I asked for the free one but they did not grant this even though I can bring them many customers. At this point I recommend the Marriott which is located a few minutes away from them and certainly with a much more helpful staff (the coldness of the Germans is known to all but also the sympathy of the Americans)

Great business hotel - no salty snacks
Clean, efficient business hotel conveniently located near the Frankfurt Messe, although a small detour is now required to get to the Messe due to emergency accommodations for Ukrainian refugees. Good and extensive breakfast. However, for some reason, the pastries were stale. My only point of contention is that the hotel offers beer but no salty snacks. No chips, nuts, pretzels. Annoying.
