Comfy beds and oversized pillows, extensive daily breakfast buffet and terrific staff. I wish to thank Sheena at reception for her help with an issue charging my phone, Mark at reception for kindly changing my room to a nicer view, and especially Lester in Sails Restaurant who took such great care of me — even when it didn’t involve the restaurant— he went above and beyond to satisfy me and is a true gem!
The hotel is beautiful..but more importantly all of the staff that we interacted with while staying at the Movenpick were so friendly, polite, informative and professional. They made us feel so welcome and special. The rooms were clean and spacious and the view was stunning (room 1401) Food was delicious and the cocktails were smooth..will definitely be recommending my family and friends to come and stay at the Movenpick Cebu..
My stay was amazing thanks to the wonderful people of Movenpick Hotel. By the time I arrive to the time I checked out I was treated as if I am their Most Important Guest. Thank you to Heaven she made our check in fast and swift as possible. To the concierge Quim2 was amazing.
I enjoyed the motel and what it had to offer , the private beach and pool were used well , the room was clean and cleaned daily by friendly staff , special mention to Cyril , Jennylyn , Ashbelle , Rochelle for making us feel very welcome here , would recommend Movenpick to others if you wanted a friendly clean place to enjoy your holiday as all staff are accommodating with friendly smiles
Service is excellent and the food very good. The steak and burgers rival great grilled beef anywhere in the west. The crew is friendly and very willing to talk and tell you of their country. I have a great respect for Gab, Mark, Johnathan, Noel, Mira and of course Geo! Thanks for all you do it's very appreciated.
